I like my breakup songs in the form of sadistic vengeance instead of empowerment with a video destroying stuff.
Destroying the person is a more extreme expression and thus a better song+video.

we're going to try to tour next year and we have decided that lily allen is one of the music picks that everyone can enjoy regardless of how cranky they are
it’s fun, our guitarist is younger than the other two of us and was a late bloomer, punk rock-wise, so they have all kinds of terrible/great pop riffs they draw from which objectively make us better as a band
