Check “ip route” on both machines and inspect the network. This issue was because the bridge network used was hyper v and not my wifi adapter. I provided the static IP addresses to put the vms in the same network as this adapter but since my wifi wasn’t on, vagrant decided to use

Hyper v. I’m not sure how hyperV works for bridge networks though. But after putting my Wifi on and reloading the vm, it worked fine. To see the Ethernet/Wireless Adapters on your windows pc, go to your cmd and type “ipconfig”
