@Sean W. Anthony Sorry for abruptly tagging you.I was wondering if you could give your thoughts, he cited a website showing that the word κλητος which forms the suffix of the word paracletos (παράκλητος) depending on diacritiftcs can also be understood as "renowned/highly exalted"
This is out of my depth, too, so you'll have to ask specialist in Greek to confirm. To the best of my knowledge parakletos combines "para" (with) and "kletos" (summoned), meaning a person summon alongside you to a trial (and, thus, an advocate). Now, the screen cap above ...
makes reference to a variant spelling of κλειτός ("renowned") - a different word. Beyond that, I'm not of much help.
