𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟎 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 The shirt that started it off! Picked up my first ever Amakhosi shirt in 1992, at a 5 a-side tournament in Sheffield A stunning Kappa design used over a few seasons, and one that would alter slightly on a regular basis! My favourite ever shirt

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟎/𝟏𝟏 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Clean, simple design. Nothing out of the ordinary, but still a very nice shirt. Telkom Knockout Winners Knowledge Musona

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟒/𝟏𝟓 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 Not the best shirt, but a great season! PSL Champions, and MTN 8 Cup Winners Tefu Mashamaite

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟏/𝟏𝟐 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Player & Stadium versions Incredible shirt, and way before it's time when released. This design also featured in 2012/13 when the Amakhosi were crowned PSL Champions Reneilwe Letsholonyane

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟏/𝟏𝟐 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 The sleeves make this. Another that grew on me once I'd seen it up close. Tinashe Nengomasha

𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟕/𝟎𝟖 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Long & Short sleeved versions Decent, but not up to the standards set by Nike over the years. Badges/sponsors were cheaply made, and the material was odd. Looked OK on the pitch though. Telkom Knockout Winners Onismor Bhasera

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓/𝟏𝟔 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Huge fan of this. Chiefs always look good in stripes, which was something Kappa and Reebok both had a go at it, and replicated by Nike. The shirt deserved better than the league position. Camaldine Abraw

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖/𝟏𝟗 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 Finally managed to grab this last year, and must admit it's way better than I thought when it was originally released. The contrast in colours makes it really stand out. Willard Katsande

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎/𝟐𝟏 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Reminiscent of the 1990 Kappa shirt, but with a modern look. Overall an excellent design in what was a strange season. Awful in the PSL, but reached the CAF Champions League Final, losing 3-0 to Egyptian giants Al Ahly. Lebogang Manyama

𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟔/𝟗𝟕 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 The Reebok shirts were always ridiculously big, proper oversized fit. They weren't as easy on the eye as the Kappa shirts that came before them, but the sublimated badges in the material looked great. Pollen Ndlanya

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗/𝟐𝟎 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Player & Stadium versions Wild design, but just seemed like a poor take on the 2011/12 shirt. Still can't figure out how they managed to let slip of the league title, having been way in front for most of the season. Samir Nurkovic

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟔/𝟏𝟕 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 A very laid back design, neat and tidy, but nothing to shout about. A black round neck collar would've improved it slightly. Lorenzo Gordinho

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎/𝟐𝟏 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 Unusual colours for a Chiefs Away shirt, but a pleasant change, just like the purple Away shirt in 2018/19. I was impressed by both kits in 2020/21. Eric Mathoho

𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟑/𝟏𝟒 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 Clean cut, love the collar. A classy shirt of exceptional quality. A definite favourite of mine. Bernard Parker

𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟏 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 I've never actually seen another of these Nike Alpha Project shirts. Not the best design, but certainly very rare. Was used in Cup competitions. Coca Cola Cup Winners Jabu Pule

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 Smart, simple in design but looked magnificent on the pitch. Very fitting for an Anniversary shirt. Leonardo Castro
