1 — I’m no nutritionist whatsoever. This is what worked for me and although it’s unhealthy, it seemed to maintain judging from my weight rn :)
2 — LOW CAL DIETS !! I saw a massive results from these, i ate about 400 - 500 calories everyday day, I binged some days but that, regardless, didn’t change the results. So binging shouldn’t be ur biggest regret dw :)
3 — LIQUID DIETS !! Such a lifesaver, I used to fast about 3 days per week, then eat 400 - 500 for the rest of the week. But since I reached my gw, I’m aiming to reach my ugw, so I fast 4 days. And dw they don’t have to constantly one after the other <33
4 — META DAYS !! Personally, I had three metabolism days per two weeks maybe?? I don’t exactly remember when I commenced on doing them, but I’m guessing randomly. I ate the SAME calorie intake ( calorie calculator ) I don’t workout so my intake was abt 1300 :)

5 — YOUTUBE WORKOUTS !! Here’s the thing, I did those workout like five times a month so being inconstant isn’t a huge problem, however, the workouts I’d done were 15 min of normal cardio, thigh workouts and arm workouts.
6 — TRACK UR CALS !! this is so important omg, I had a phase where I estimated calories in my head and turned out to be overeating and eventually gained weight. So TRACK THEM !!! Even if ur unsure of the quantity / ingredients, make sure to get a prediction at least.
7 — PORTION CONTROL !! My parents ADORE cultural food, and they’re pretty strict too, so when they force me to eat, I lessen the food on my plate, even if it’s rice :)) portion control is the key !!
