Strange to me how players say Academy/LCS spots are based off name value/popularity (which I dont think is fully true) yet they dont do things to actively grow their name or brand
Open invite to any players to interview/chat w/ me anytime and tell their story/show personality
Hope teams/managers/coaches consider things like this for their players too!
You are doing a disservice to them if you don’t at least recommend for them to try and do media and practice it
I’m not the biggest in the world - but my video pretty much get a floor of 1k views
And it doesn’t have to be doing stuff with me, but I would recommend all players get media or SOMETHING into their normal routine.
Go do interviews, content, something with someone
If spots are based off popularity then you’ll be set!
Goes for any European players as well. I have an LEC and LCS audience.
Really think coaches/staff members can benefit from stuff like this too
