I'll never understand how RB Salzburg is so good at developing/identitying talents, building efficient structures and having a clear playing philosophy while, their sister-club, RB Leipzig just throws money around, tries to be edgy and has no plan nor real philosophy

Especially Leipzig's Youth Teams are absolutely horrible based on their potential/spendings

RB Salzburg is so well connected in terms of Scouting and even has a clear plan for their talents while Leipzig just signs random players for 6 digit fees, pays them in the higher 5 digit areas and has no plan for their players that don't even have potential for the first team

Ah and why are all RB Teams around 1,85m tall on average but can not play proper possession nor pressing ball Tears
