I wrote book that made me $2.4mil, and it was never sold in bookstores or made any best seller lists. Here’s what I learned…

/ Length doesn’t matter My book was thinner than a pencil. Only 70ish pages long. I wrote it by writing a 10 day email series. Slapped an intro and outro on it and voila - a book.
/ Upsell to audio Most people buying your book don’t want to wait for shipping. They’ll gladly pay another $10-$20 for the audiobook version. Cost me $300 on Fiverr for the voiceover.
/ Upsell to course Books attract self-learners. Self-learners like to buy courses. We offered them $100 off in our book for a $249 course. Even though only 20% bought our upsell this extra revenue made our ads profitable and we scaled to nearly 50 sales a day at our peak.
/ Upsell to coaching After our customers received our book we would call them to let them know we have people available to help them do what we teach in the book. Many were happy to get help and bought our coaching program for $3k.
/ ShipOffers + 48hrBooks These two services were key to our printing and shipping of our books. We tried many services and some would deliver the wrong book, misprints, and worse. Trust me, just use these two services.
