If you have anger issues, read this:

I know how it feels, I had to live with that my whole life. But it all fixes itself the day you make peace with your anger. Trust me on this. All it takes is to realize that anger isn't the problem but rather how you express it. Your emotions aren't wrong, maybe wrongly expressed
In order to control your anger and make it work for you, the first thing you need to do is recognize your pet peeves, those things that trigger your anger and stimulate it. As long as you will ignore your triggers, your anger will be unpredictable. You have to identify the root.
What this will do is allow you to see your anger coming. It will improve your self-awareness so you're never taken by surprise by your own emotions. Your ability to recognize your own triggers sets you ahead of your own unwanted reactions. Keep reading to learn how to control it.
The next step is to identify how you express your anger and what's wrong with it. I used to break shit and get violent. I knew this would negatively impact my relationships and my own mental health. So I decided to change that. But first I needed to introduce a new trigger.
Once you're able to recognize your triggers, you can add a new trigger to change your behavior. So whenever you identify something that might make you angry, you can tell yourself "This is anger". This will allow you to forecast your own behavior. Name the emotion, understand it.
Naming the emotion should be a trigger for your alternative reaction. For example, whenever you feel like you're about to get angry, you can decide to extract yourself from the situation that might trigger your anger. This new reaction will prevent you from losing your shit.
The idea is to short-circuit your own negative behavior and change the usual course of action. In order to do that, you need to sit down and decide on your new reactions. This needs to be written down to put a distance between you and the negative behaviors you wanna get rid of.
Writing down your new reactions also helps you cement it in your mind in order to internalize this new decision. I am not going to lie to you and tell you this is going to work like magic on your first try. But with practice, you can get to such results. You can use this:
