The Who that intentionally spread disinformation about Covid from October 2019 to March 2020, when the pandemic spread worldwide and was killing millions, now wants to stop anyone from spreading disinformation 2)

— meaning that they want to stop anyone from daring to dissent from the dictates of The Who or who might question the WHO and its motives. 3)

And of course, US President Biden has resubscribed to the Who, always ready to pay its bills, to support its fantastic salaries provided its bureaucracy - 4)

without any consideration of how it was used to cover-up the infection of much of the world with a deadly disease and its origins. 5)

Not only is this stupid, but it is also dangerous because this new plan will, in effect, silence all who might disagree with The Who, creating possible danger for the health of many nations’ populations. 6)

So, I am asking the US Congress, on January 3, 2023, to start the enactment of legislation cutting off any further funds that would have gone to The Who, and 7)

to insure that medical research and medical voices in the Free World can continue to ask questions, debate issues, research freely. The Who SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DETERMINE WHAT IS DISINFORMATION ON THE BASIS OF ITS INTERESTS THAT HAVE FAILED ALL OF US BEFORE. 8)

You see, some of us remember the interview done at Davos on January 20, 2020, by Maria Bartiromo interviewing the WHO head guy. She asked him about rumors she heard at Davos of a serious disease in China that could spread and 9)

how the city of Wuhan China had been closed after 475,000 exit visas were authorized by China for travel to the US and Italy. He denied that there was any new virus or that it presented any danger. He claimed that there would be no problem. 10)

The WHO refused to do what was its major responsibility, to assess threats, to warn all nations, and to help organize solution, in spite of the fact that the Head of the WHO knew of the problem since October 2019, 4 months before that interview at Davos." 11)
