Your belly fat is setting you up for cancer, heart disease, & early death. Follow these tips to shred your belly fat: 1. 120 years ago, we walked 23.5k steps/day. Now we walk 3.5k steps/day. Walk more.

2. Most starbucks "coffee" is really a sugar shake. Avoid. 3. Fill your fridge with fruit. Nearly impossible to overeat. 4. Eat more steak, eggs, & salmon. Lots of protein = little hunger. 5. Your self-identity drives habits. So STOP calling yourself "lazy" or "fat piece of sh*t"
6. Alcohol is poison. Minimize at all costs. 7. Drink black coffee to suppress your appetite. 8. Most people eat due to B.T.S. (boredom, thirst or stress) - not hunger. Before you eat, ask yourself: Am I bored, thirsty or stressed right now?
9. Breakfast is not the "most important meal of the day" 10. Poor sleep boosts your hunger hormones, making it hard to lose fat. 11. You can eat foods like pizza, ice cream, & cookies and still lose fat if you eat clean 80% of the time.
12. Avoid peanut butter. High calories & extremely easy to over-eat. 13. To avoid post-dinner snacking, brush your teeth. Watch your cravings vanish. 14. Eat slower to allow time for the satiety hormone (leptin) to release in your body. This tells your body when you're full.
15. Marriage is not a license to grow man boobs. 16. 99% can overcome bad genetics due to epigenetics (your behaviors alter the way your genes work). 17. Everyone has time - all you need is 1.5 hours/week to workout. If you can't manage this, you're simply an unproductive human.
18. Ban fake meat from your diet. 19. Stop following "body positivity". It's an excuse for unhealthy habits. 20. Cardio is like day trading for quick profits (burns calories). Weight training is like investing for passive income (boosts metabolism).
And I'll leave you with this "unpopular opinion": It is your obligation to stay fit & healthy for your partner. Agree or disagree?

2022 is dead. I don't care if you gained 150 pounds, your house blew up, you got divorced, you were depressed, or you lost your job. You can completely reinvent yourself in 2023. If they can do it... you CAN do this.
