1. Take care of your body
Your body and your mind are linked. If you meditate, eat healthy and workout regularly, your mind will become healthier and stronger too.
2. Rest and sleep
Sleep should never be sacrificed. Aim to get 7 - 8 hours of sleep per night to fuel your days properly. Don't forget to take breaks every now and then too. You're not a machine, you're human.
3. Detailed planning
If you set realistic goals and plan your days with extreme detail, you will be surprised at how much free time you'll manage to extract. It will change your life.
If there's a task that someone else can do instead of you, you should delegate it without thinking twice. This will free up more time for you to dedicate to more high-value tasks.
5. Technology and automation
Much like the above point, if there's a task that a program or AI can do for you, you should just let them do it and focus on something else. That's the beauty of living in the modern world.
6. Surround yourself with the right people
If the people you work with are like-minded and share the same goals as you do, work will feel like sitting at the bar with friends. Going through hardship with friends is much easier than alone.
7. Do what you love
Not everyone will manage to monetise what they truly love.
But if that is you, you're very lucky: if you do what you love for a living, you'll never work a day in your life.
