A thread 🧡 on how to find and trade A+ setups! Let's go over some of the simple techniques used to find these great trades we played this week. I'll quickly cover how to find Supply and Demand Zones + my method for entering and exiting the trades Lets take a look πŸ‘‡ $spy $qqq

Lets start with Tuesday. After a long weekend, We came into the market with 3 areas to watch on $spy. I've labeled them Zones 1-3 These 3 Zones will determine which direction has the better risk/reward to trade (long or short) This is really important when finding A trades πŸ‘‡
Zone 1 was created off of the previous days low. This is the main support zone I watch the following day. Because we gapped down below it overnight, This becomes my main area to watch for resistance. A rejection of this Zone is confirmation to only look for short setups πŸ‘‡
If we hold under Zone 1 we need to look for the next areas of support (Zone 2-3). This will help avoid shorting into a Demand zone, as well as give possible price targets on trades. I find these buy looking left on the chart for areas where price has seen previous bounces πŸ‘‡
We can see how beneficial having these zones mapped out was. When we reject Zone 1 the best R/R is in short positions until we reach Zone 2. Then we watch Zone 2 for a bounce. If we break below Zone 2, then R/R still favors short position until Zone 3 is reachedπŸ‘‡
As price moves from one Zone to the next you can use whatever methods you like for entering and exiting trades. I prefer my ema system on the 2 minute chart. This helps me to get entrees with tight stop levels which is really important when trading 0dte contracts πŸ‘‡
Here is another example of the same setup. As price moves from Zone to Zone I'm using the emas to get low risk high reward entrees on trades. I scale out and raise my stop loss as the trade works to protect profits πŸ‘‡
Exact same setup again here on $qqq Because I have my Zone market, Even after a massive move up I know that the best R/R is still to the long side catching allowing me to catch over 150% on just the tail end of this trend πŸ‘‡
A couple more examples here on $tsla Having the Zones as a guide helps to eliminate bias and play the trend whether its up πŸ“ˆ or down πŸ“‰ If we break above a Zone then the R/R favors going long. If we break below the R/R favors going short πŸ‘‡
Another huge benefit to having these zones on your chart is to identify choppy price action when no range is present. We saw this Friday where no levels or zones were broken creating choppy conditions. These are days when you want to size down and play it safe πŸ‘‡
Here's a thread detailing my strategy and techniques. Ive gotten tons of DM's since releasing this last week from traders who are already finding and executing their own high quality trades! twitter.com/cs_tradess/sta…
