Due to nationwide uproar, over the upload of election results, & in their bid to aid the APC, in her rigging plans, INEC captured most of the election results at low resolution (Image format) with the BVAS mechine, before uploading It to her portal.

I have my intel in INEC, and i was reliably informed that, it was a clear directive. What this means is, Nigerians can not really verify the election results, especially polling unit agents. If Nigerians can't see it clearly especially for Lagos State, and some other States,

that were programmed to use low resolution image, if we are not sure of the final results, then the bulk will solely stop on INEC as the election umpire, recognized by law, to announce whatever it wishes. Even if different party agents, have different election results.
