——❝WRECKLESS LOVE❞—— A Drabble with a few reckless #taekook worst dad moments

Jungkook’s POV:
“Dad, can I have twenty dollars?” Haneul asked, holding her hand out to Taehyung. “I don’t have any money on me,” Taehyung sighed. “Remember my wallet burned up in the fire.” “Jungkook?” she said turning towards me.
“What do you need twenty dollars for?” I asked curiously. “I just need it,” Haneul said without any further explanation. “For what?” I retorted. “I don’t just give money out like Tae does. I’m not that kind of dad nor am I rich enough for your reckless demands.”
“So I can hang out with my friends,” Haneul said. I nearly choked I was laughing so hard. “Friends? You’re not going anywhere,” I chuckled. “You’re grounded.” “That’s not fair,” Haneul said glancing at Taehyung. “Dad!”
“As long as you’re under my roof, you abide by my rules,” I said raising my voice a little. “You are grounded – so go upstairs to your room and read a book.” “I hate you,” Haneul said stomping upstairs to her room.
“You could have backed me up,” I said staring at Taehyung. “You know she’s just going to leave anyways,” Taehyung said, not even sparing me a glance. “There’s no point.”
“Well I don’t know how you run things at your house, but that doesn’t work here,” I said rushing upstairs.
I stomped all the way upstairs to her room, just in time to see her trying to sneak out the window. I pulled her back in and slammed the window shut. I locked it closed, as she rolled back onto her bed. “This bites,” She yelled.
“Hani, what is your problem? Speak to me,” I said sitting her down. “You never used to be like this. Is it because of your father and I? Is it because we got a divorce?” “It has nothing to do with you guys,” She said, a little sadness in her voice .
“Then what? Tell me I love you and care about you,” I said. “It happened when you and dad separated,” She starts. “Dad was angry and lonely. He used to bring different guys home and one of them -”   “One of them what?” I asked curiously. I grabbed her hand, nervously.
I hoped I wasn’t about to hear what I thought I was. “Touched me,” Haneul said and started cry. “Did you tell Tae?” I asked. She shook her head as I held her in my arms. I kissed her on the forehead and rocked her gently in my arms.
My little baby. I remembered when she was born. Someone had hurt her. I grew angry.
I couldn’t believe fcuking Taehyung had let this happen. That little asshole! I was going to kill him I swear. It was all his fault. It was his fault. Not only did he mess up my life, but my daughter’s too.
I rushed downstairs to confront him. He had just hung up the phone when I entered with a rage.
“Kim Taehyung, Hani told me that one of your little friends molested her,” I said angrily. “One of your little one night stands came into her room and touched our little angel inappropriately.”
“She told you that,” Taehyung said, starting to laugh. “Taehyung this isn’t funny,” I said. “This is serious.” “Come here,” He said grabbing my arm. He pulled me towards the closed window. He opened it, as Haneul hopped into her friend’s car.
They sped off quickly from the house. My face burned a bright red as I realized that I had been duped. “Does that look like a girl that has been even scolded let alone fcuking molested?” He asked. “She played you, Jungkook.”
“What the hell!?” I said angrily. “She lied to me. Tae, how?” “She’ll do anything to get away,” Taehyung said. “That’s why I gave up. She’ll come back.”
“Taehyung this is more serious than I thought,” I said running my fingers through my hair. “She has serious behavioral issues. I mean she cried for god’s sake – she was so convincing. I’m going to get her.” “What? What do you mean?” Taehyung asked.
“I’m going to drag her out if I have to,” I muttered. “With or without you – I’m not letting her get away with this.”
“Fine! I’ll drive,” he said jingling his keys in his hands. I followed him into his car, as we drove around town for a bit. We went to malls, stores and other places where we thought a teenager would go. We couldn’t find her for anything.
Taehyung didn’t know where any of her friends lived so we eventually gave up and returned home. He was right – she would pop up home eventually and when she did, she would be in for a big surprise.
I had barred her window and gotten rid of her door. Her privacy privileges were revoked and she had no way of sneaking out of the house anymore.
If she wanted rights, she would have to earn them. All privileges had been taken away including her television, laptop and her cell phone, as soon as she got home.
I had taken her punishment into my own hands. Taehyung just went along as usual. “Are you sure this is going to work?” He asked.
“It should,” I nodded. “She’ll be mad of course, but we are not to give in to that behavior.” “But her door too – Don’t you think that’s a little extreme?” Taehyung sighed.
“Extreme? Ha! And what have you been doing that’s been working?” I shot back. “You’re the reason she’s like this.” “I’m the reason! Yeah just blame me for everything! Just like you blamed me for our marriage,” Taehyung said raising his voice at me.
“You know why I blame you because it’s always your fault! You never do what you’re supposed to do! You just walk around like everything is peachy until something bad happens like I don’t know maybe – your fucking house burning down,” I retorted.
“You know what kingkong ! I won’t sit here and be subjected to this,” Taehyung said using the name he used to call me when got upset. “We aren’t even together and you’re still arguing with me.”
“You’re the father of my children,” I spat. “Only to one,” Taehyung muttered. “Peachy! Real nice, Tae!”
Or a #taekookau where after a messy divorce three years ago they end up in a situation they both can’t get away and then there are their children Haneul and Jeonul who are even worse than their dads.
Want more like this???
A/n: for those who are wondering #Taekook were college sweethearts then lived for six years together, surrogated got their child
Kim-Jeon Haneul : Surrogated to Gayun daughter of Taehyung 16years Wants to keep up with the latest trends. Falls in love faster than light. As stubborn as her real dad. Loves both her dads but lives with Taehyung.
Kim-Jeon Jeonul: Son of Jungkook Surrogated to Hyuna 15years but ahead of his class. Loves food with a passion. Doesn’t believe in Love. As judgemental as his real dad. Too intelligent and thinks the world doesn’t deserve his intellects. Doesn’t like Taehyung sometimes.
Jungkook— The-sane-i-know-it-all-dad’s POV #TAEKOOK #VKOOK #WL
“Thank you for coming in today, Mr. Kim-Jeon,” Ms. Lee, the school principal said as I walked into her office. “It’s Mr. Jeon, I’m divorced,” I muttered as I sat down in one of the seats across from her.
I couldn’t believe I was at this school yet again. I hadn’t been here since the divorce. Taehyung had gotten primary custody of her. What had Haneul done now?
She had already been caught skipping class, using her cell phone in class, insubordination…what could possibly be next?
I tapped my fingers against the chair lightly as the door swung shut behind me. I glanced behind me to see the devil himself. In his pressed LV suit, slick blonde hair, with a briefcase in tote – My petty ex-husband.
He quickly hung up his expensive Samsung-whatever-phone because he wasn’t a huge fan of iOS—thats what he said—the company I work for is shittier than my face. He scoffs before he slid into the seat next to me.
I didn’t even look at him. “Now that everyone is here,” Ms. Lee began. “I can begin. As you may know, your daughter Haneul is quite the troublemaker.” She heaved a heavy sigh before flipping the pen in her hand.
“ Today, she I mean Haneul was caught having sexual relations with a male student in the school equipment shed.” She eyed both the male before completing whatever shit she was spewing.
“Now, I know that Haneul is a smart girl and used to be one of the brightest students in her class. One can’t help but to think that perhaps her problems are stemming from a problem at home.”
Oh brother of Jesus. ‘So, she’s blaming us for our daughter’s destructive behavior? ‘Please it wasn’t my fault.’ ‘It was the dumbass next to me’s fault.’ ‘The one who is a walking credit card.’
‘He’s the reason our marriage failed.’ ‘He’s the reason Haneul was acting out.’ ‘It was his genes in her, not mine.’ ‘She doesnt even have my DNA.’ La-la-la-la…la-la-la-la… Jeonul was mine, biologically speaking and Haneul was his, the all show off snd no brains.
You don’t see Jeonul acting out like this. What did she even mean by sexual relations? This was all he wanted to scream but his face was as palm as ocean waters.
“Hold on,” Taehyung butted in before the principal had finished. “Haneul was caught doing what exactly? And are you implying that my ex-husband and I are the reason our daughter is acting out in such a way because I beg to differ Ms. Lee.”
He eyed me before continuing, “Yes, I know our divorce has been hard on her and it’s taken quite the toll. But, our daughter has been influenced by her trashy schoolmates especially that guy whom she’s been hanging around.”
He rubs his forehead in trusfration, “I assure you that we will do everything in our power to set Haneul straight.” I had this huge urge to roll my eyes, every word Taehyung speaks gives me migraine. Doesn’t he know its all his fault? Always. Full stop.
Yet after a few minutes I rolled my eyes. Now he wanted to act like the all-caring father. Maybe Haneul should live with me. I mean it was obvious that Taehyung wasn’t taking good enough care of her.
This would be a perfect time to sue for custody. “I believe you don’t understand the severity of the situation, Mr. Kim,” Ms. Lee said.
“Haneul was caught having sexual intercourse with a guy. That’s a very inappropriate behavior. I believe she’s going to need more than a stern talking to. I recommend perhaps her seeing a therapist.”
My eyes popped out of my socket. What intercourse? Oh my god! My little poor babie.
“I will look into that,” Taehyung nodded. “Is Haneul being punished for this?” He was so calm while i was whirling inside.
“Two days of outside suspension and one day of inside suspension,” Ms. Lee muttered. “Thank you, Lee,” I said. I meed to compose myself for a few second, “I appreciate you for informing us.” “You’re welcome,” Ms. Lee said. “You gentleman have a nice day.”
“You too,” Taehyung said as he hopped out of his seat. I followed him out the door and out into the hallway as they paged Haneul to the office. I leaned against the wall as Taehyung texted on his phone.
We stood awkwardly in silence. I couldn’t even stand being near him or looking at his opulent stance. “So, what are you going to do?” I asked Taehyung finally. He glanced up at me for a moment.
“Oh! Are you by any chance talking to me?” Taehyung asked childishly poking at himself. I glared at him. “Yes I’m talking to you,” I said. “Our daughter is on a downward spiral and your acting like everything is ok. She was caught having sex in school for god’s sake.”
“At least someone’s getting laid,” Taehyung joked as he texted on his phone. “You see this is exactly why we aren’t together,” I muttered folding my amrs. “Because you never take things seriously. I don’t’ even know why we got married in the first place.”
“Oh please Jungkook,” Taehyung muttered. “Overdramatic as usual, it was just a joke. The principal is lame…And no she wasnt having any course. That was just her kissing that jackass again.”
“I think Haneul should stay with me,” I said boldly. “I don’t think you can handle her alone.” “No,” Taehyung said. “We already handled this in court, Jungkook.”
“Seems like a perfect time to bring it back to court considering how incompetent of a parent, you are,” I retorted. “Fcuk you Jeon,” Taehyung said angrily.
And just like that, we were at each other’s throats again. I don’t quite remember everything that was said after that but our exchange was perhaps the worst one yet. I stopped after a moment, realizing that I was still in Haneul’s school.
Well I didn’t actually stop then, I stopped when I realized Haneul was standing right next to us. “Wow, arguing already?” Haneul noted. “They called both of you this time.” Taehyung and I stopped and focused our attention on her.
A/n: i cant find any Taekook angry moment together so its Jungkook alone. And the lights out here. I feel hot and humid.
“Come on Haneul, I’m taking you home,” Taehyung muttered as they began walking down the hallway. I followed them closely. I needed to talk to Haneul to. She was just as much as my daughter as she is Taehyung’s daughter.
I mean I may not have primary custody of her but I do get to see here every other weekend. “Taehyung, we need to talk about this,” I said grabbing his shoulder. “No, Jungkook we need not,” Taehyung said not even stopping.
“I’m her father too, you know,” I uttered as we walked out into the parking lot. “Legally yes, biologically no,” Taehyung said. “I’ll handle this. You go home and handle Jeonul. I’m sure he’s waiting for you.”
“Taehyung please,” I said practically begging. “Jungkook, I really have to go to work,” Taehyung said. “I have no time for this little chit-chat.”
“Fine! As usual work is more important than your kids,” I retorted as I walked to my car. I waved to Haneul as I slid into my palisade. I turned my radio up loud as I pulled out of the parking lot. I was trying very hard to drown out the anger that I felt for Taehyung.
He could be such a selfish prick sometimes. All he cares about is work. I wish that he would just lose his job. If that happened he would have no choice but to speak to his children. Speaking of children, I don’t even remember the last time he had even seen Jeonul.
I pulled up to my driveway and stormed out of the car. I walked into my house and closed the door shut with a loud thud. Tossing the keys in the bowl, I strolled up the stairs. “Jeonul are you home?” I called out. “Yeah I’m in my room,” He answered back.
I walked into Jeonul’s room to see he was at his desk doing his homework like he should be. I never had to worry about Jeonul getting in trouble in school. He always did the right thing. He went to school, did his homework, was in sports, and very intelligent.
Not to say that Haneul wasn’t all these things. I mean she used to be just as good as Jeonul but something had happened that made her change. I don’t know if it was our divorce or what but she changed, getting on the negative ogives.
“Sorry I’m late,” I said. “I was meeting with the school principal again because of Haneul.” “What did she do this time?” Jeonul asked. “She was caught sucking faces in the equipment shed,” I said.
“Great Appa,” Jeonul said. “I hope no one finds out at my school because word travels fast and people know she’s my sister. I can hear it now. Jeonul’s sister is a five holes slut. I swear she is such an attention seeker.”
“Jeonul,” I said. “She’s still your sister.” “Sorry Appa, but she had no self-control,” Jeonul said. “You know she asked me if she could borrow my car. Yeah right like I would ever give her that. I would never see it again if it ever got into her hands.”
“Haneul just needs some guidance,” I replied. “Your dadda has been working lately and hasn’t really been giving her the attention she actually deserves.”
“Please don’t call him that,” Jeonul said. “Taehyung is anything but my father, especially dadda.” “Jeonul,” I began. “He’s not,” Jeonul said. “You’re my Appa – He’s just some guy who happened to be there when I was younger.”
“He loves you I know he does,” I said sticking up for him. “He just has a different way of showing it. I’m going to make dinner.” Jeonul nodded as I walked out his room. I closed the door shut as I trailed down the stairs.
I began doing my household chores, cleaning, cooking, etc. I couldn’t stop thinking about Haneul though. I wished Taehyung wasn’t such a thick head .
I had just finished cooking when a sharp knock came to the door. I glanced at the clock. It was past six now. I scrunched my nose as I rushed to the door but Jeonul had already gotten it.
I caught the door to see Eunwoo, my neighbor at the door. Jeonul rolled his eyes as he ran back upstairs without as much as a second glance.
A/n: here comes the petty neighbour who loves being the third wheel
“Hey Mr. Cha, what’s up?” I asked holding the door open. “How many times i told you Jungkook, call me Eun or woo but not my surname. It sounds foreign from your mouth. We are neighbours for years now.” Eunwoo blushes looking at his feet.
I sigh. “What is it this time Eunwoo?” “Well I ran out of sugar next door and Danny and I are trying to bake cookies from scratch, could I possibly borrow some?” He asked his bright green eyes fixated on mine.
“Yeah sure come in,” I said as I closed the door back. He followed me into the kitchen as I pulled the sugar from out of the cabinet. He smiled at me, as I poured it inside his little plastic expensive bowl. “Something smells good,” He commented.
“Thanks I made dinner for Jeonul and I,” I replied. “Wow you’re quite the cook, aren’t you?” Eunwoo said looking around kitchen as if searching something. “I try,” I said smiling wryly raising an eyebrow at his stupor.
“You cook, clean, keep your yard clean and beautiful, work, raise a son – why did your husband ever let you go?” He asked moving a little closer to me invading my privacy. Slightly. “I don’t know,” I replied. "He's pretty stupid sometimes ."
“That is true,” Eunwoo said. “But if I had a guy like you I would never let you go.” He rubs his hand up and down my biceps.
My face flushed a red color as Eunwoo smiled at me. He moved a little closer as if he was about to kiss me, but Jeonul walked in. He cleared his throat loudly as Eunwoo moved away from me.
“Thanks for the sugar, Jungkookie.” He said as he began walking straight towards the door. “See you later Jeonul.” “Bye,” Jeonul said as I went to walk Eunwoo out. I slammed the door shut behind him and locked it.
I turned around to see Jeonul staring at me. I walked past him and into the kitchen. “Just say it already Jeonie,” I said as I pulled the plates out of the cabinet.
“Appa, really Eunwoo? That guy is a creep,” Jeonul said. “And his daughter, Daaaanial is a little strange.” He stresses the word ‘a’ quite longer just like Eunwoo. Those father-daughter duo are really irritating most of the time.
“You’re right,” I said. “I don’t know what I was thinking. It's just I don't get out much, Jeonul." “Oh god,” Jeonul said. "Go out on a date, but not with /him/. I don’t want /him/ as my step-father.” His going as wide as saucers just like me. My babie… I coo at him.
“I don’t want to go back into the dating game,” I said. “It was hard when I was young. I can’t imagine how it would be now that I’m divorced and have a teenage son. God, I'm ahjussi now.”
“Appa, you are anything but that. You’re a good looking, sexy for sure,” Jeonul said. “I’m sure people would love to date to you left and right.”
I rolled my eyes at him as I slid a plate towards him. I slid into the seat across from him. “You’re telling me to date,” I scoffed. “What about you? I haven’t seen any girls or guys coming around here.”
“As much as I didn’t want to disappoint you, but there’s something I have to admit to you,” Jeonul said grabbing my hand. “I’m not gay.”
“Oh! No! My world is ruined! My son’s not gay! This cruel cruel world,” I joked. “I raised you as a good boy and this is what you do to me.” “I’m sorry dad,” Jeonul said. “I’m so sorry. I just needed to tell you. It was killing me inside.”
They both laugh as Jungkook fills the plates and the father-son duo eat and chat in peace. All jungkook ever wanted was them all four enjoying meals like this in the evening but… Not all wishes comes true. 🙌🦧🙌
A/n: I am sleepy…lets end this hear. Hope you like it…👉🏻👈🏻😘
A/n: it’s me again…you lamest author. So hear me out—I messed up the whole plot. I have to put a few pills here and there. I hope you will excuse my sorry ass and make me put the story back on track because I am not deleting a whole ass chapter written in my drunk state.🥺
Poll1– want Taehyung in Jungkook’s house? How
Want them to feel jealous
Want high and mighty Jeonul to do mistakes too?
Wants taekook to regret divorce
And last one for now to keep the story going— want them bickering for no reasons
TWENTY FOUR HOURS LATER:--
“Whats in dinner appa?” “I made some stew and bulgogi.” I say and Jeonie licks his lips in anticipation. I know it’s his favorite and I am glad he isn’t jumping on the pan right now.
I sit on his seat as I bring the casserole on the table, “Hmm so what’s new?” I ask as I try to initiate something casual to converse. “Appa.” He pauses and I scrunch my nose looking at him, “Mhmm go on.” “I like a girl.” He states flatly.
“You were gay yesterday.” I state trying to suppress my smile. He whines, “that was a joke dad, I am not gay…yet maybe… but I really like this girl.”
I fill our plate as he sighs. His face falls, “But she doesn’t know I exist though.” “Well talk to her then. Let her know your existence.” I suggest.
“Yeah, if it was that simple then I would have been dating her a month ago,” Jeonul retorted. “She kind of has a boyfriend.” “What?” I said.
“But he’s a complete jerk and she deserves someone way better than him,” Jeonul said. “She’s a goddess.” “Oh! Someone Like You???…well, excuse me,” I replied. “Stay in the friend zone, and then crash out as soon as she’s single.”
Jeonul and I laughed at that statement. I mean what do I even know about relationships. I was a single, divorced gay man.
The only things gay men were looking for at the clubs nowadays were cheap screws. Noone’s looking for relationships or a guy who has a kid. They wanted someone to screw their brains out and then dump them the next morning.
I can’t even remember the last time I had even got laid. I hadn’t gotten laid since I don’t even know how long – maybe since after my divorce. And that’s a whole three and a half years.
I was practically celibate. I crawled into my shower that evening and decided to smack one out. I mean there’s no better love than self-love.
I wrapped a towel around my waist and changed into my favourite tata pjs as I got ready to relax. I crawled in my bed and laid there for a moment. Just as I was on the brink of sleep, there was a series of knocks on my front door.
I glanced at my alarm clock. It was eleven thirty at night. Who the hell could be knocking at this hour? I swear to god if its Eunwoo I will forget my little crush on him and will crush him.
I pulled sweats, a t-shirt and my glasses on as I rushed to the door, a frown on my face. “Gosh coming, just stop with the noise already,” I called out after another series of desperate knocks.
I opened it wide to see Haneul and Taehyung standing at the door. Taehyung looked very upset. He was in his Armani suit and Haneul had eerie smile on her face.
Whatever it was going to be, I know for sure it wasn’t going to be good at all. They walked inside as I closed the door shut. I was half-expecting it to be Haneul and the police, but I didn’t expect Taehyung.
If he is at my door, it might be serious, I wonder what had happened. I ushered them into the living room as they sat down.
“Now that I’m not happy to see you guys, but what are you doing here at past eleven?” I asked curiously.  “Why don’t you ask Hani?” Taehyung said sitting cross-legged on the couch.
He still behaves like he owns this house. And Me. Well, that thought needed to wait. He was pissed I could tell. I knew when he was mad.
You can see hot puffs of steam practically flowing out his ears and nose just like those tom and jerry cartoons. “I had a few friends over, we were drinking and having a good time,” Haneul said. “And then we left – end of story.”
“You forgot to mention how one of your stupid a/ss friends left a cigarette lit and burned my fucking place down,” Taehyung said angrily. “It was an accident,” Haneul said beginning to cry. “We didn’t know.”
“Yeah because you guys were so fcuking wasted and then you ran away without even calling a fire brigade,” Taehyung exclaimed. Wow. I couldn’t believe this was happening.
Dreams really do come true I guess. Taehyung’s place had caught fire and went up in flames with probably all of his expensive suits, cologne, everything that he owned.
This was just too perfect to actually believe. And I couldn’t believe this had happened. “It’s alright Haneul,” I said holding her as she cried in my arms. “Everything’s going to be alright. Why don’t you go upstairs into your room and take a nice shower?”
I let Haneul go as she walked upstairs. She didn’t even look at Taehyung. She was upstairs in a flash. Taehyung glared at her as he bit his lip.
He sighed deeply as he rested his head into his hands.  “Taehyung, everything’s going to be ok,” I said trying to be optimistic.
“You’re so happy, aren’t you? You wanted this to happen,” Taehyung said. “You love seeing me miserable, so don’t even act like you care.”
“You’re right I do like seeing you unhappy,” I laughed. “Especially when you deserve it. I wanted to talk about Haneul’s behavior with you yesterday but you completely blew me off. This is no one’s fault but your own.”
“I really don’t need to hear this right now,” Taehyung said getting up. “I’m going to a motel. I just wanted to drop Haneul off here.” I glared at him, still the same.
“Bye,” I said as he pushed past me slightly smacking my shoulder with his. He walked towards the door and slammed it shut.
I walked back to the living room and fixed the pillows. Just as I was about to go up the stairs, I heard another knock at the door. I opened it back to see Taehyung.
He had come back.  “I left my wallet at my place,” Taehyung mumbled. “Oh did you now?” I asked curiously. “So you need some place to stay for the night?”
“Jungkook please,” Taehyung said. “I’m not in the mood.” “Fine, come on,” I said as I let him back inside.  I locked the door and led him upstairs into my bedroom.
I grabbed a towel and a rag from my linen closet and handed it to him. I led him to the bathroom.  “Soap is underneath the sink,” I said closing the door behind him.
“You still keep it there?” I heard him asking but ignore as I shuffled through my closet looking for some clothes that could fit him.
Unfortunately Taehyung and I were not the same size. He was actually taller and I was more muscular. My boxers were also a little bigger too.
I eyed my white colored boxers with some line sticker of heart face littered all over it. The bigger…the better…I dont want to pop a boner for my ex.
I pulled them out, a pair of shorts and t-shirt for him just as he walked out of the bathroom. He gripped a towel around his waist. My eyes lingered on his wet chest for a moment as I handed it to him.
Hey, I mean I was married to him. I was still very much attracted to the guy even if he was an asshole. “The boxers might me be a little bigger for you,” I commented. “Better than nothing I guess,” He said grabbing the clothes.
I turned around as soon as he dropped his towel.  Still shameless. “Um…okay,” I said awkwardly pretending to do something else.
“Come on Jungkook, its’ not like you haven’t seen it before,” Taehyung laughed. “I was caught off guard okay,” I said folding my arms. “And I don’t have any extra bedrooms so I guess you’re going to have to sleep on the couch.”
“You can turn around now,” Taehyung said. “And couch?” “Yeah d!pshit,” I said handing him a pillow and a blanket. “You’re not taking my bed.” “Fine,” Taehyung said grabbing the pillow and the blanket.
“It’s actually a pull out bed,” I called out to him as he walked out of my room. “Good night.” I chuckled to myself. I could hear him silently swearing to himself as I crawled into my bed.
He’s lucky I’m letting him even stay here. !~~!!!~~! I stared at the sight before me, as I walked into the kitchen the very next morning.
Taehyung, Haneul, and Jeonul were all sitting at the table eating cereal – honey nut cheerios. This was the last sight in the world that I ever thought that I’d see. They looked like a – I dare say – family.
“Good morning,” I said awkwardly. They all glanced up at me, as I poured a cup of orange juice.
“You don’t have any coffee, do you?” Taehyung asked curiously. “I can make a pot,” I said pulling the coffee pot out from behind the toaster. “Never mind I don’t drink instant,” Taehyung said brushing me off.
I see Jeonul rolling his eyes sideways. What a snob! I dOn’T dRiNk InStAnT. He had some nerve to say such a thing.
“Fine,” I huffed. “Jeonul! Hurry up before you’re late to school.” “I wouldn’t be running late, if Haneul didn’t take such a long shower,” Jeonul said, as he tossed his bowl in the sink.
“Why are you guys even here? Oh yeah because she burned your house down. Hey! While I’m gone, try not to burn ours down too.”
With that said, Jeonul walked out of the kitchen. He grabbed his keys and was out of the door in a flash. !~~~!!!~~~!!!~~~!
Chapter Two #taekook #taekookau #WL
Since its somewhat a continuation of "Delightful Abnormalities", you will get a little tsundere Jungkook who despises Taehyung the dingdong and thinks himself something more superior than an AI... twitter.com/jazz_kv/status…

❀❁ DELIGHTFUL ABNORMALITIES ❁❀ A #taekookau where Jungkook hates Taehyung with a passion and in his own kinda obnoxious behaviour. He hates his noodle hair, he hates his colorful vibrant dresses, he hates his green eyes, he hates his boxy smile, #vkook #kookv #taekook
I despise Taehyung. I think I actually hated Taehyung, when we were together. This hate grew stronger after we divorced. The thing that I hate most about Taehyung is his personality.
You’re probably saying how could I have even married someone who had such a shitty personality? Well it’s simple. He had money. Ok - I’m kidding – it wasn’t just the money that drew me to Taehyung.
Believe it or not, he was different, when we first met. He was sweet, despite crystalline he was more on the sugary side. But the again that was probably because he desperate to get into my pants. Who knows who the real Taehyung is?
“Appa,” Jeonul huffed, walking into my personal office. “How long are Taehyung and Haneul going to stay with us? Taehyung has money. Can’t he afford to get a new place?”
“Money is tight right now for Taehyung,” I explained. “Plus, everything he and Haneul owned beside his car were lost in the fire. So, he has to start everything over from scratch.”
“This sucks,” Jeonul exclaimed, his hands flailing everywhere. “Haneul is annoying and Taehyung…Well Taehyung…is Taehyung.”
“Tell me about it,” I said biting my lip. “I mean Taehyung, of course. I blame him for everything. But don’t be too hard on your sister. I don’t understand her yet but, I will.”
“If you say so,” Jeonul groaned as he walked out of my room. It was awkward having Taehyung and Haneul here, mostly Taehyung.
Perhaps there was something that I could do to make it less awkward. Maybe a little family bonding, so Jeonul can become closer to Taehyung and Haneul. That would be interesting.
I would suggest the idea to Taehyung and see what he thought. But I’m sure even if he disagreed which he probably would, I would do it anyways.
Taehyung isn’t the boss of me. Not husband either. I walked downstairs in search of Taehyung. I figured he would be on the couch or something, but he was not.
Where the hell was he? “Taehyung,” I called out. “Taehyung! Where are you? I know your home! Your car is outside.”
He didn’t respond. The fcuking a/sshole was doing this on purpose. I know he was. “Haneul?” I said walking into her room. “Where is your Dad?” “I don’t know and I don’t care,” she retorted.
I bit my lip. How could she be so cold when she was on punishment? “And you just earned another week,” I replied.
I walked out of her room just as she began to protest. Parenting is such an easy job sometimes. I chuckled to myself as I walked down the hall. I stopped midway as I heard the sounds of snoring echo through the hall.
It was coming from my room. I sucked my teeth as I walked into my bedroom. Taehyung was in my bed sleeping.
I could k/ill him. Who did he think he was coming into my room and crawling into my bed? I crept over to the side of my bed and just stared at him. His mouth was slightly open and drool dripped from the corner of his mouth.
Even today I was thoroughly disgusted by the sight of him, snoring away. I stuck my finger in his mouth, causing him to jerk awake, coughing violently. I chuckled as he glared at me. “I hope you had a great sleep,” I huffed.
“I was until you came in,” he said rubbing his mouth. “God, you’re so mean.” “Boo hoo,” I snorted. “You’re sleeping on my god damn bed. How did you think I would react?”
“I’m exhausted Jungkook,” Taehyung sighed. “And my back hurts from sleeping on that damn pull out bed for the past week. I thought maybe you would show a little common decency.”
“My common decency went out the window with our marriage,” I retorted. “But anyways, I need to talk to you.” “Oh, so you want something from me?” Taehyung asked raising an eyebrow.
“And I want something from you. I guess we are at an impasse.” He then pulled my covers over his head and turned on the other side of my bed. I bit my lip as I tried to pull him out of my bed.
He grabbed hold of the headboard, completely evading my attempt. “I hate you, Taehyung,” I groaned. If he won’t come out, then I’d just have to go in.
I moved to the opposite side of my bed and crawled underneath the covers to get him. Taehyung could be such a pain in the ass. “Get out,” Taehyung shouted.
“This is my bed,” I snorted as I grabbed his arm. In turn, he bit me causing me to groan. “Ow! You b@stard,” I hollered as I moved to strangle him.
I wanted to k/ill Taehyung. Well not k/ill him – that’s pretty harsh as he is the father of my children. But sometimes I can’t help myself.
I reached for his neck but, he did some maneuver–I’m not too sure–and I somehow ended up with him straddling me. I waved my hands angrily trying to slap him in the face, catching him once or twice.
“Jungkook! Stop! Stop! God! Stop!” he said trying to deflect me. I stopped as soon as I heard Haneul’s voice. (A/n :Something like this but on bed)
“Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!” she squealed. “Ew! Gross! I can’t believe you guys are like having s3x!”
With that said, she slammed the door to my bedroom. I blinked a few times in disbelief but then it occurred it to me that someone could actually misconstrue us as having s3x.
I mean Taehyung was on top of me and we were underneath the covers. Shit! Taehyung, however, thought it was hilarious.
He broke down laughing hysterically as if it was the funniest thing in the world. I rolled my eyes as he fell off the bed.
Taehyung could be so childish. I couldn’t help but laugh with him. It was pretty funny I guess. “You realize Haneul could be scarred forever right?” I chuckled.
“Oh well,” Taehyung said standing up. “Let her be scarred.” “I’ll go talk to her,” I said rolling my eyes. “I already grounded her for another week. That’s punishment enough.”
“Hold on a second,” Taehyung began. “Why did you want me anyways? You said you wanted to talk about something?” “Oh now you want to talk,” I huffed.
“I think we should do some family bonding type thing,” I suggested. “I mean so we can be closer to Haneul and Jeonul.” “Family? Bonding?” Taehyung scoffed. “Like what?”
“Like I don’t know Taehyung,” I shrugged. “Maybe a trip. Jeonul is going on spring break soon.”
“I was thinking closer to home and less expensive,” I retorted. “Like maybe – your parent’s beach house.” “My parent’s beach house?” Taehyung repeated.
I nodded as he took in the information. Taehyung is a little slow if you haven’t noticed. He was obviously dropped on his head a few times as a young child.
But Taehyung’s parent’s beach house had just occurred to me a few seconds ago. It would be the perfect place for the kids.
It was in Jeju island, right on the beach. They would love it especially Jeonul. “So?” I suggested. “Well I guess we could go there,” Taehyung said. “I guess we could spend a few days there. But – you have to do something for me first.”
I narrowed my eyes. What could he possibly want? “And that is?” I said putting on a fake smile. “You have to let me sleep in your bed when I want and whenever I want,” he said.
“Hell no,” I huffed. “Never! Nope! Nada! No way in hell!” “Jungkook,” he growled. “Fine! Then you can’t come on the trip. I guess Haneul, Jeonul and I will just go.”
“Please! Jeonul wouldn’t go with you even if you were taking him to fcuking Moon,” I huffed. “And Haneul would probably run away. You need me for this trip to function.”
And just like that, Taehyung conceded. He had another thing coming if he thought I would give my bed up for him. His back could suffer for all I care. Am I supposed to feel sorry for the little sapsucker?
It’s his fault his house burned down, not mine. So Taehyung called his mother and obtained the keys to their beach house in Jeju island for Jeonul’s spring break.
Haneul was temporarily off punishment, but I had warned her if she tried something she would be in for it when we got back. That had her scared enough. 💮💮💮
And that week, After almost an hour of flight we hit the road to Hyeopjae beach of Jeju island. Taehyung drove.
The ride was filled with he and I arguing about which was the right way to go most of the time but the kids were having fun. I mean driving is a bonding experience. It provides memories and such–ok, mainly–headaches.
“Taehyung that’s not the right way,” I retorted staring at the map. “Jungkook! I think I know how to get to my parent’s beach house! I’ve been going there since I was fcuking twelve,” he snorted.
“Oh really then why are you going the wrong way?” I snorted. “Huh! Huh! Taehyung! Why are you going the wrong way?” “Shut up,” he exclaimed. “I know how to get there. Are you driving? No.”
“You know what I’m going to be quiet,” I replied. “Don’t fcuking ask me for any help the rest of the way. When you get lost, figure it out your damn self. I don’t care. I’m done.”
Having said that, I rolled down the window and shot the map out. “Oh my god! Appa! What are you doing?” Jeonul said blinking a few times in disbelief.
“I agree with Jeonul on this one,” Haneul said. “Nope! Nope! Don’t talk to me guys! Taehyung is driving therefore he is right like usual,” I snorted. “Taehyung is always right.”
“You are a d!ck,” Taehyung said not even looking at me. “And I know where I’m going, kids. Don’t worry.” I crossed my arms and stared out the window.
I didn’t care anymore. If I had to be a b!tch to prove a point, then so be it. I was done arguing.
If he wasn’t going to listen to me, then he’d just have to get lost. He’d learn his damn lesson the hard way. I can’t wait to rub it in his face when I’m right. He’ll be kissing my feet in no time.
And just like that, forty minutes later, Taehyung had us in the middle of nowhere. “I’m hungry,” Haneul complained. “Are we close?” Jeonul asked.
“Yeah Taehyung – how far are we?” I joined in. Taehyung glared at me as he pulled into a gas station. He ignored all of us, hopping out of the car to pump gas.
I know he had no idea where he was going—how, you ask?—I had Google maps muted and open on my phone. He was leading us in the wrong direction and wasting gas in doing so.
I think I was winning this battle. “Here’s a twenty,” I said handing it to Jeonul. “You and Haneul can get something inside. Can you get me a blood sausage, a donut, a snickers and banana milk?”
“Ok,” Jeonul said as he and Haneul left out the car. I decided that I would wait for Taehyung to finish pumping gas. I had a few questions that I wanted to ask him while the kids weren’t in the car.
“What Jungkook?” Taehyung said as soon as he got into the car. “Whatever you want to say, just say it.” “I have nothing to say,” I lied. “Absolutely nothing.”
“Good,” he huffed sticking the keys back into the ignition. “Wait!” I began. “I remember now—so, how long are you going to waste our time by going the wrong way?”
“However long it takes! I thought that we were supposed to be bonding,” he retorted. I admit that he had me there.
He was getting sassy. That was because he was mad and he was lost and I was right as usual. “You’re absolutely right,” I nodded reclining in my seat. “I guess we’ll just have to sleep in the car for the night.”
“Give me the fcuking map,” Taehyung said snatching it from my hands. I chuckled as the kids walked back into the car. Haneul and Jeonul were actually talking to each other. I guess I was doing something right on this trip.
I smirked as Taehyung tossed the phone back onto my lap, missing my jewels by an inch. A grin crept across his face, as I turned the radio up. Taehyung pulled out of the gas station.
Finally, we were on the right track. We would be at the beach house in no time. 💮💟💞💟💮
//TAGS// (Your author is a homo sapiens with STML (short term memory loss) who forgot to put tags in the start)
It’s funny because I was so excited for this vacation. I mean I hadn’t had a vacation in like forever. All I kept thinking was how great of a tan I would have by the end of this break. But I couldn’t help but reminisce on the past as soon as we got there.
Curse my fcuking brain! I couldn’t stop thinking about the last time Taehyung and I were at his parent’s beach house. Let’s just say those were happier days. We were inseparable then.
Haneul and Jeonul ran out of the car like children as soon as Taehyung parked the car in the driveway. They hadn’t even grabbed their bags.
“Good idea coming here,” Taehyung said patting me on the shoulder. I rolled my eyes as I grabbed my bags from the back of the car. Taehyung grabbed his as we walked into the house. It was just the same as the last time we were there.
All the furniture was the same, the paintings on the wall, the weird Egyptian statues that his fcuking hippie a/ss mother was into – it was all there, just as we had left it.
“So many good memories here,” Taehyung said aloud. “God, I had so much s3x in this house.” “You’re disgusting,” I groaned, as I dropped my bags onto the ground.
“What are you talking about? I was talking about us,” he chuckled. “No, you weren’t,” I retorted, as the kids strolled back into the house. Taehyung winked at me deviously. All I kept thinking was p3rvert. But I can admit that he and I had great times here.
I pushed that out of my mind as I carried my bags upstairs into the hallway. I had forgotten that there were only three bedrooms. “So,” I said clearing my throat as Taehyung placed his things down in the hallway. “There are only three bedrooms.”
“Oh,” he said casually. “Well, I guess Jungkook that you’re going to have to sleep on the couch.” “Taehyung,” I said narrowing my eyes at him. I was not sleeping on a damn couch.
I’m the guest here, if anything I should be on a bed. He should be on the couch. He’s gotten a lot of experience sleeping on couches anyways.
“I’m kidding, Jungkook, there is a bed in the basement,” he said rolling his eyes at me. “Along with a half bathroom. Unlike you I actually care about my guests.”
“That’s more like it,” I nodded. “Can I have the basement?” Jeonul said jumping into our conversation. “Please?” “Sure,” I shrugged. “I mean if you really want it.”
“Awesome,” Jeonul said rushing down the stairs. “Kookkkiiieeeeee…You are not taking the basement?” Taehyung said with a devilish smirk. “Awwww—you want to be close to me, don’t you?”
“You wish,” I said dragging my suitcase to claim my bedroom. Next to Taehyung is the last place I want to be. I was just hoping that I could sit on the beach, drink a mojito, get a tan and maybe see some half-naked men.
That would be the best part. This was as much of a vacation for my kids as it was for me. I wanted to reap on its benefits. I dropped my suitcase on the bed, as I glanced out the window.
I had picked the room with the best view. I could see the ocean and I had a balcony. The only off-side to the balcony was that it was also connected to the room beside me, which was occupied by none other than my stupid ex.
Of course, he would pick the bedroom next to mine. I sucked my teeth as I caught sight of him standing out on the balcony. He had his arms outstretched, mocking Leonardo DiCaprio’s pose from Titanic. He turned and glanced at me, through the sliding door.
I took the opportunity to close my shades on him. “J3rk.” I heard him mutter. I laughed deviously in response as I moved down the hall to Haneul’s room.
I wanted to see how she was settling in. I had to make sure she was still aware of the rules. She would be grounded for the rest of the year if she disobeyed me. “Hey,” Haneul said unpacking her things.
She was actually being nice to me for once. I loved holding the power. It made me feel invincible. “How are you settling in?” I asked curiously. “You like the house?”
“Yeah! I love it! Dad never told me that he had a beach house,” she sighed. “If I had known – “ “You probably would have had your empty-headed friends over as well,” Taehyung said cutting into our conversation. “I’m glad I didn’t tell you.”
“Oh whatever,” she sighed. I glared at Taehyung. He had just ruined everything like usual. “Taehyung, this was an A B conversation, so you can C your way out,” I huffed. “Excuse me but I actually wanted to talk to you, Jungkook,” he said. “I mean if you have the time.”
“Fine,” I replied. “Haneul, as soon as you unpack, you and Jeonul can go exploring out on the beach. I’ll be out on the beach in a few.” With that said, I walked out of her bedroom, following Taehyung. I had no idea what he wanted to talk about.
I mean he never usually had anything to say to me. I mean every conversation we have usually ends up in an argument or me saying something sarcastic.
He brought me into his bedroom and closed the door behind us. I already didn’t like where this was going. “Yes Taehyung,” I said staring at him. “Can I help you?”
“I was thinking a lot about what you said earlier about spending time with the kids,” he began. “And I was thinking that we should let the kids do their own thing.” “Why?” I replied.
“This is why,” Taehyung said pulling me towards the balcony window. He pointed out onto the beach to Jeonul. He was talking to a girl in a bikini. My son was flirting with a girl. I blinked a few times in shock.
My boy was growing up so fast. “Is he flirting?” I exclaimed. “Yes Jungkook,” Taehyung nodded. “And he’s having a good time. No wonder he wanted the basement.”
“What are you trying to say? You think Jeonul is going to sneak girls into the basement?” I said my eyes open wide. “That’s what I used to do when I was a teenager,” he boasted. “I hope you had the s3x talk with him.”
“Of course I did,” I snorted. “We had it a long time ago when he was like fourteen. But then again, I didn’t really know the mechanics behind having s3x with a woman.”
“I’m sure,” Taehyung chuckled. “Why are you laughing? You don’t know how to have s3x with a woman either,” I retorted.
“I’ve had s3x with a woman before,” Taehyung replied. “More than once actually.” “Sure,” I retorted. “I did! Remember Hyuna. Stupid Hyuna as per you. See how much you know,” he exclaimed.
Hyuna was still a sour spot in my life. She was the vicious villain when I wanted Taehyung the dingdong. I guess I was stupid teenager on steroids or maybe a few shots of testosterone too.
“I’m through with this conversation,” I sighed. “I’m going out onto the beach.” “Fine,” Taehyung said. “I guess I’ll see you out there.” “I’d rather you keep distance,” I winked. “I don’t want people thinking were together.”
“Agreed,” Taehyung nodded. “You’ll mess up my game.” “Game? Really? Ha!” I chuckled. “Don’t make me laugh.” “Don’t laugh at my game,” he retorted. “It got you, didn’t it?” “Oh whatever,” I said as I walked into my bedroom and closed the door shut.
I don’t know what game Taehyung thinks he has but I know for sure he’ll be winding up lonely in his bedroom tonight. The guy had no game even when we were nineteen and he still doesn’t.
The only reason I had gone out with him was because I was young and stupid. I pulled my shirt over my head and pulled a pair of swim trunks on.
I stood by the mirror and glanced at myself. I was now wishing I had hit up the gym a little. I regret leaving it after thirty. I’m not fat, but I’m definitely not rocking a six pack.
I rubbed suntan lotion across my body graciously. The sun was my natural enemy without it. I slid shades on and proceeded outside with a towel in hand.
The sun was shining and the air was absolutely nice. I found myself a nice spot, rolled the towel out and sunbathed. This was the kind of vacation I needed. I was napping on the beach, until I felt someone tap me.
“Enjoying yourself, Appa,” Jeonul said raising an eyebrow at me. “You know sleeping on the beach is a good way to get sunburned.”
“Good thing I put suntan lotion on then,” I chuckled. “And I’m not enjoying myself as much as you are. I saw you talking to some girls earlier. Please don’t tell me that I have to have that s3x talk again.”
“No Appa,” he sighed. “And yeah I was talking to some girls. They invited me to a party tonight.” “Oh,” I nodded. “Well – Look at that. You’re already making friends.” “Yeah,” he replied. “And so is Haneul.”
“Where’s Taehyung?” I smirked. “He’s over there,” Jeonul said pointing across the beach. I followed Jeonul’s finger and glanced at Taehyung.
He was chatting with some guys. The more I stared the more I realized that I knew the guys he was talking to. He was chatting with Jihan and Yugyeom. They were friends with Taehyung in high school. Yugyeom still looked amazing.
God, he is hot. The things I would love to do to him. Now that I’m single, I can work my magic. “Appa?” Jeonul said questioningly.
“I’ll be right back,” I replied. “I need to talk to Taehyung.” I slid my shades on top of my head, as I casually walked over to Taehyung. Yugyeom made eye contact at me, as soon as I was a few feet away.
“Jungkook,” he grinned. “What are you doing here?” “Taehyung and I are on a family trip,” I replied. “Right Taehyung?” “I thought you guys were divorced,” Jihan scoffed. “Don’t tell me you two are back together?”
“No! No!” I said quickly. “Hell no,” Taehyung chimed in. “We’re doing this for the kids. He and I are not together. Um—Is there something you needed Jungkook?”
I could tell I was not wanted. He could be such a jerk sometimes. “Nothing in particular,” I said innocently. “I just wanted to talk to some old friends. What are you two doing here?”
“Taehyung invited us,” Yugyeom nodded. “He didn’t tell you.” “No, he didn’t,” I said shifting my glance towards Taehyung. He smirked at me deviously. “Must have slipped my mind,” Taehyung retorted.
It did not slip his mind. He just didn’t want me hanging around his friends is all. I can’t believe he invited them. No wonder he was so gung-ho on the ‘we-should-let-the-kids-do-their-own-thing’ idea.
What an a/sshole! I could play that game too. Jihan and Taehyung chatted with each other, as I began to flirt with Yugyeom. The thing I liked about Yugyeom was that he was nothing like Taehyung.
Yugyeom is smart, funny and caring. He is the most gorgeous guy that I have ever laid eyes on. His blonde hair and grey eyes made me melt. He was absolutely mouth-watering and I would do anything for him.
I could not take my eyes off of his mouth the entire time he was talking. God, his lips are just amazing. He’s amazing.
“Jungkook, how are Haneul and Jeonul?” Yugyeom asked curiously. “I haven’t seen them in forever.” “They are growing up fast,” I commented.
“That’s good,” Yugyeom said. “How have you been? Well, I hope. Seeing anyone?” “Sadly no,” I sighed. “How about you? Are you seeing anyone?”
“Not at the moment,” he replied with a small grin. “Shame,” I said biting my lip a little. Before I could say anything else, I felt Taehyung’s hand on my shoulder.
“Jungkook,” Taehyung grinned. “We have to get back to the house. Haneul just texted me. She’s starving and says that there is no food in the house.” Of course, Taehyung would cut in as soon as I was hitting Yugyeom with my charm.
Taehyung was always the jealous type. “See you later,” Yugyeom said. “No doubt about it,” I replied as I followed Taehyung back towards the house. The sun was beginning to set anyways and I was a little hungry.
I could see Yugyeom another day. I had a feeling that he and I would be bumping into each other a lot during this vacation. “I cannot believe you,” Taehyung hissed as soon as we were away from Yugyeom.
“Believe what, Taehyung?” I exclaimed. “'See you later? Oh no doubt about that',” he said mocking Yugyeom and I. “Don’t act all innocent! You were flirting with Yugyeom!”
“And? I’m single and he’s single,” I retorted. “We are adults, Taehyung.” “He’s my fcuking best friend,” he reiterated. “Jungkook, how would you feel if I was trying to get with your best friend?”
“None of my best friends are hot,” I snorted. “Well Jimin was hot but he wasn’t my type and he is in States right now. Fcuking his twink husband Yoongi and maybe living his life. And you…don’t play coy with me. You tried to get with him before too.”
“That was in high school,” he huffed. “That was so fcuking long ago.” “Sure Taehyung,” I replied. “Jungkook, I’m serious,” Taehyung explained. “Could you not?”
“Hey! He was flirting back,” I teased. “Maybe you should talk to him. I think he kind of wants to get with me.” “He wouldn’t though,” Taehyung replied. “He knows how I feel about you.”
“Feel about me? What are you professing your undying love for me?” I joked. “It’s against the bro-code,” Taehyung said. “And the shit I’ve told him about you—Ha!—He’d never want to date you.”
“You a/sshole! What did you tell him?” I asked shoving him. “What lies have you told your friends about me?”
“Don’t worry about it,” Taehyung chuckled. “I may have said something along the lines of how much you like getting your toes sucked. I told them you’re a big on toe sucking.. slurp lap lap lap.” “That’s disgusting Taehyung,” I growled. “I’m not into that and you know it.”
“True,” Taehyung nodded. “But it was pretty funny though. I mean its part true though actually. I mean you enjoy getting sucked just not your toes.” “I’m not sleeping with you Taehyung,” I retorted. “So, stop trying.”
“Come on, Jungkook,” Taehyung said. “We haven’t had s3x in like forever.” “That’s because we’re divorced,” I huffed. “And – angry s3x is the best kind,” Taehyung replied.
“Get away from me,” I laughed. “Please. God, you’re making it worse. You know our kids are waiting for us at home right.” “They’re going out to a party tonight,” Taehyung retorted wrapping his arms around my waist. “So, we’ll have the house to ourselves.”
He pulled me into him and kissed me affectionately on the neck. I stood there stiffly, not at all reciprocating. Instead, I maneuvered myself out of his grip and punching him hard in the chest.
“Jungkook – “ Taehyung protested. “Don’t touch me Taehyung,” I warned. God, this is going to be a long vacation. 💮💟💓😳💓💟💮
Taehyung was already starting to get on my nerves. Now, I see why we were separated for this long. Sometimes I can’t stand being in his presence.
He’s so demanding sometimes. Jungkook, can you wash the dishes? Jungkook, can you take out the trash? Jungkook, can you pass the remote? Jungkook! Jungkook! Jungkook!
God, I’m going to change my god damn name. If I hear Jungkook one more time, I’m swear a blood vessel is going to burst in my head. “Jungkook, I’m going out to the beach,” Taehyung muttered. “Want to come?” “No thanks,” I replied flipping through a magazine.
“Yugyeom’s going to be there,” Taehyung teased. I placed the magazine down, narrowing my eyes at him. He was lying.
This was a ploy to get me out on the beach, but why? That was the question. “I thought you don’t like me flirting with Yugyeom,” I retorted. “What happened to don’t flirt with my best friend? Huh? What happened to that?”
“I was kidding Jungkook,” Taehyung replied. “You can flirt with whomever you want to. Just come on out to the beach with me, please.” “Why do you want me to go out to the beach with you so bad?” I asked curiously.
“Because I think a little sun will be good for you,” he said. “Now – let’s go!” “I don’t trust you,” I retorted. “I really don’t.” “Fine Jungkook,” he sighed. “Don’t come outside with me. I was just trying to be nice. I really want us to be friends.”
“Friends? Please,” I chuckled. “Now, I know you’re lying. We weren’t even friends when were married.” “Don’t be a d!ck,” Taehyung sighed rolling his eyes.
“I’m not,” I said nonchalantly. “We were just two people who had s3x who just happened to be married.” “Now you’re just hurting my feeling deliberately,” he said sarcastically. “The truth hurts sometimes,” I retorted.
“Dad – why don’t you go out to the beach?” Haneul asked jumping into the conversation. “Not interested,” I replied. Now things were starting to get stranger – Haneul was trying to get me out of the house too.
What the hell was going on? What were daughter-father duo plotting against me? I definitely wasn’t leaving this house now. Haneul and Taehyung had some ulterior motives.
“See Haneul wants you to get out too,” Taehyung chuckled. “And now I’m definitely staying in,” I replied. “Great,” Taehyung said walking out of the living room. A moment passed before I processed what was happening.
They were trying to mind fcuk me. He wanted me to stay inside, so he asked me to go out. He was using reverse psychology on me. The little b@stard – he thought he had me.
I tossed my magazine onto the table and slid into my sandals, marching outside. I moved outside to see Taehyung, Yugyeom and Jihan drinking beers and grilling out on the beach.
Taehyung winked as soon as he caught sight of me, moving through the sand. I bit my lip, not quite understanding what was going on. Did he want me inside or outside? He was successfully mind-fcuking me right now. I could not read his motives.
He was beating me and I did not like it one bit. “Hey Jungkook,” Yugyeom said a bright smile on his face. “How are you?” “Wondering why Taehyung is being so nice today?” I snorted. “Excuse me, Yugyeom. Taehyung, come here.”
I narrowed my eyes at him as he moved towards me. He gripped a beer from the cooler and handed it to me. “Here,” he said a grin on his face. “No thanks,” I snorted. “I don’t drink anymore.” “Why not?” he asked curiously.
“Because I like to be control and speaking of control, why am I out here? What do you want from me?” I said. “You are mindfcuking the shit out of me and it’s driving me crazy.”
“Like I said Jungkook, I want us to be friends,” Taehyung replied simply. “You’re a d!ck you know,” I huffed. “A fcuking d!ck.”
“And you swear a lot,” Taehyung retorted. “I’m just trying to be nice. I don’t know why you’re so paranoid. Was I that deceptive during our marriage?”
“Yeah you were,” I replied. “Forget it – I just want a sub.” “I bet, you want a sub," Taehyung smirked as I rolled my eyes. He was such a child sometimes. Oh I bet? Yeah Yeah – I want a sub because I have some longing desire to get laid. That’s it, Taehyung.
He takes one psychology class in college and he thinks he knows every fcuking thing. I walked over to Yugyeom who was grilling. I felt bad for completely pushing him aside earlier. It was just Taehyung makes me so got damn angry sometimes.
I swear he brings the worst out in me. It’s like I’m possessed every time he comes around by an evil vengeful spirit that just wants to strangle him. When I come around Yugyeom, however, an entirely different being came over me – an angel with a slightly crooked halo.
“Sorry about that,” I chuckled. “Taehyung is driving me insane.” “I see,” he grinned taking a swig from his beer. “So, how’s walking down memory lane? I’m sure you guys have a lot of memories in the beach house.”
“Memory lane is boring,” I retorted. “I live for the future not the past. I’m just trying to establish some new memories.” “Oh excuse me,” Yugyeom grinned. “New memories as in an entirely new man?” “Perhaps - I'm just waiting for the right guy,” I hinted.
“Anyone I know?” Yugyeom flirted. “You know him well actually,” I winked running my fingers through my hair. Thus, phase one of flirtation with Yugyeom was complete.
Now it was time for phase two – Get Yugyeom the hell away from Taehyung. This phase was going to be difficult but I think I’ll manage. “Are you flirting with me, Jungkook?” Yugyeom questioned. “You’re going to get me into trouble with Taehyung.”
“So – Blame it on the alcohol,” I joked. “I am not drunk enough,” he laughed. “And Taehyung knows that. Look he’s giving me the death stare.” I glanced behind me to see Taehyung staring off into the space. Yugyeom chuckled as I rolled my eyes at him.
He was obviously in his second phase already of drunk Taehyung. You see Taehyung has four phases of drunk. His first stage is happy and nice Taehyung. His second stage is the confusion stage or what I like to call ‘slow’ Taehyung.
His third phase is tired of everything ‘Taehyung’. His fourth and final stage is blackout. He was getting mighty close to third phase. Hopefully, he’d get to fourth and I can have my way with Yugyeom. “Made you look,” Yugyeom joked.
“You’re cute,” I replied. “He’s at stage two though, so we can sneak away.” “Ok,” Yugyeom nodded as I pulled him towards the beach house. We crept inside of my place, closing the door shut behind us. “Kids, are you home?” I called out to which I received no response.
I grabbed Yugyeom’s hand and led him upstairs to my room, closing the door shut tight behind me. “Nice bedroom,” Yugyeom noted taking a swig from his beer.
“Yeah my bed is real nice too,” I winked pushing him onto my comforter. I fell onto Yugyeom’s lap, as I crushed my lips against his. Yugyeom wrapped his hands around my a/ss, as I pushed my tongue in between his lips.
I hadn’t kissed a man in god knows how long and this just felt right. Yugyeom’s tongue hit mine as the taste of beer stung my taste buds. His lips were soft and his mouth was moving in all the right the ways.
I moaned as he bit my lip, pulling on it ever so gently, before he moved to my neck. “God you’re so hot,” I said my hands falling onto his crotch as I began to feel him out. “Woah Jungkook,” Yugyeom said moving his lips from mine. “Slow down.”
“Sorry,” I replied not really sorry for what I was doing. When you had two kids in your marriage, everything was usually a rush. “Slow and steady wins the race,” Yugyeom said in that deep s3xy voice as he ran his hand up my thigh.
My heart nearly melted right there. Yugyeom is so damn hot. He moved me underneath him, pulling my shirt over my head. I laid on my bed, while he planted kisses down my chest. Small moans left my throat as he licked and sucked on my nipples.
My body was hot with pleasure and I didn’t want him to stop. “Yugyeom,” I moaned underneath my breath as his tongue brushed past my belly button. “I hope you don’t mind if I’m on top,” Yugyeom replied.
Top? Hold on just a minute? I am never the submissive one. I am never bottom. I am the top. “I actually do mind,” I jerked up quickly. “I’m a top not much of a bottom kind of guy.”
“Jungkook,” Yugyeom said taking a swig from his beer. “Never.” “No,” I replied. “I’m a bottom virgin.” “There’s a first for everything,” he winked. “No! Nah! Not for this,” I said backing up into my bed.
“Well this just got awkward,” Yugyeom said running his fingers through his hair. “So, you’re not going to have s3x with me is what you’re saying.” “Not if you want to be top,” I retorted.
“Well fine,” he said buttoning his pants up. “I see what Taehyung was talking about now.” “And what exactly did Taehyung tell you,” I replied. “Huh?” “About how controlling you are,” Yugyeom sighed.
“Oh fcuk off,” I growled as he grabbed his beer and walked out of my bedroom. I punched my pillow as I fell onto my bed. Controlling? I’m not controlling. I mean that’s not even a negative quality.
There are just certain ways things should be done and for a guy as chill as Taehyung he needs that. God, fcuk Taehyung. I pulled pillow over my head, and shouted angrily. I was so close to getting laid – so fcuking close.
Why couldn’t Yugyeom have been versatile? Now I’m horny. I sighed dramatically as a knock came to my door. I glanced up as soon as I saw the door open. It was Taehyung. “Taehyung! Get out!” I growled. “I didn’t invite you in here.”
“This is my house,” Taehyung huffed. “And you’re crankier than usual. What’s wrong?” “God I fcuking hate you,” I rolled my eyes. “Fine I’m leaving,” Taehyung said gripping my door handle. “Before I forget to ask, how was Yugyeom?”
“What?” I said getting up of out of my bed. “What did you just say?” “Nothing forget it,” Taehyung grinned closing my door.
I jumped out of my bed and barged into Taehyung’s room. He shook his head at me, as I punched him in the shoulder. “You did this on purpose,” I muttered. “Jungkook,” Taehyung shrugged. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Before Taehyung could say another word, I pushed him onto his bed, crushing my lips against his. Taehyung’s hands fell on my waist as we made out on his bed. God, was I desperate or what?
“This is a one-time only deal,” I said pulling away from him. “Fine by me,” Taehyung winked. 💮💮💮
I couldn’t believe I had actually slept with Taehyung. I woke up the next morning at first shocked by his presence beside me, but then realizing the events that had taken place the night before.
I groaned as I ran my fingers through my messy bed hair. Taehyung was snoring loudly beside me in the nude. I crept out of the bed quietly, grabbing my underwear off of the floor.
Hopefully Taehyung was drunk enough that I could convince him that last night had been all a dream. I slid my boxers on, tiptoeing quickly out of his room. I closed the door quietly behind me.
Just as I thought the coast was clear, I heard someone clear their throat behind me. I turned around to see Haneul and Jeonul standing behind me. Shit. I was caught doing the walk of shame.
It was like college all over again. “Good morning, Appa,” Jeonul said. “What are you guys doing up so early?” I mumbled innocently.
“Its noon,” Haneul chimed in. “And what are you doing in dad’s room? Did you sleep in their last night?” “What is with the twenty questions?” I groaned. “Nothing just wondering,” Haneul said. “Jeez – thank god I wasn’t home last night.”
“Your father and I were watching a movie and I fell asleep,” I lied going into my bedroom and slamming it shut. I could hear Haneul and Jeonul laughing as I pulled pants on. God, it sucks having teenagers. If they were younger, I could have gotten away with it.
When I was finished getting dressed, I walked into the kitchen to grab an orange juice. Haneul and Jeonul were eating bowls of cereal. They were laughing and chatting about their night.
At least, they were getting along. That was the purpose of this trip. Just as I poured a cup of orange juice, Taehyung stumbled into the kitchen half asleep.
“Good morning,” Haneul said as Taehyung poured himself a cup of water. “Good morning Haneul and Jeonul,” Taehyung muttered. “Jungkook, why didn’t you wake me up?” “Not my job,” I huffed. “Did you sleep well?” Taehyung winked. “I slept fine,” I replied.
“Well, Haneul and I are going over a friend’s house if that’s fine,” Jeonul cut in. “Yeah we’ll be gone for a while,” Haneul said emphasizing the while part. “You guys should do something together.”
“Have fun,” Taehyung said as they left. I waited until they left, before I sat down beside Taehyung. “Taehyung – I think Haneul and Jeonul are trying to push us back together,” I said. “Oh yeah I noticed that too,” Taehyung replied.
“Aren’t we going to do something?” I replied. “Why? They're bonding so let them do whatever,” Taehyung shrugged. “But since you and I are here alone. How about we talk about last night?” “What about last night?” I sighed. “It was a one-time thing like I said before.”
“I don’t remember you saying that,” Taehyung retorted playing stupid like usual. “Well I did,” I huffed. “And don’t think I don’t know that you let me go with Yugyeom because you knew he was a top and I didn’t like to be bottom.”
“Jungkook, do you honestly think I care that much about your s3x life?” Taehyung chuckled. “Yeah I do,” I snorted. “Well you are wrong honey bear,” he replied sarcastically. “Don’t call me that,” I huffed. “It’s a free country,” he snorted. Thus our fighting continued.
I swear one of these days, Taehyung is going to turn up dead in a wall and I would feel no remorse either for my actions. 💮💟💮💟💮💟💮
I always wondered what was going on in Taehyung’s head. Sometimes he’ll just do something so stupid and I think to myself how the hell he held any position of power for his company.
He must be book smart because he sure as hell wasn’t street smart. I rolled my eyes as Taehyung attempted to fix the bathtub. Apparently, it was clogged or something. I wasn’t sure but it was hilarious watching him trying to figure out how to fix it.
“Taehyung, perhaps, we should call a plumber,” I suggested. “No Jungkook,” he huffed. “I’m not wasting any money on a plumber. I can fix this myself.”
“You know you said the same thing about our marriage,” I muttered sarcastically. “And you see how that ended up.” “Don’t you have something else to do besides nag me,” Taehyung retorted.
“God, we’re not even married and you’re still annoying the shit out of me.” “Now who’s cranky,” I snorted. “Don’t take your anger out on me because you can’t fix the bathtub. Wasn’t Yugyeom’s dad a plumber? Maybe he knows.”
“I’m not calling Yugyeom,” he huffed. “Thanks to you, Yugyeom and Jihan have been making fun of me.” “Making fun of you for what?” I asked. “Because you told 'YuGyEoM tHe TrOmBoNiSt' that I’m a bottom,” Taehyung huffed. “Thanks for that.”
“But you are a bottom,” I shrugged. “Sorry I didn’t know it was a huge secret. Can you not call him that and just call him? I’m not going to not shower because you’re friends are making fun of you.”
“Jungkook, leave me alone, and I’m a power bottom thank you,” Taehyung groaned. “God, go do something with yourself.” “Power bottom? I’ll let that one slide and I will go,” I muttered. “I’m going to go and call Yugyeom as matter of fact.”
“As if he’d pick up,” he chuckled. “He doesn’t like you. I think he calls you Controlling Jungkook, now.” “I am not controlling,” I sighed. “I just like things done a certain way. I am highly opinionated.”
“Highly opinionated! Oh please! Spare me the sob story, Jungkook! You constantly tell me that the failure of our marriage was my fault! Well sorry to burst your bubble but it was your fault too,” Taehyung said throwing his tools down onto the ground.
“It takes two to fcuk up a marriage. I tried to be patient with you but all you did was nag, nag, nag! Taehyung this! Taehyung that! Taehyung! Taehyung! Taehyung! You criticized every single fcuking thing I did. You are the most controlling human being I have ever met.”
I bit my lip not saying a thing, while he spoke. It sounds like he wanted to say this for quite some time now. He probably rehearsed it. “Are you finished?” I asked trying to hold back my anger.
“Yes I am,” Taehyung replied. “Fine,” I said. “I’m leaving but I swear to god don’t ask me for anything Taehyung. Don’t. Ask. Me. For. Nothing.”
“Oh trust me I won’t,” Taehyung sighed. Having said that, I stormed out of the bathroom without another word. Taehyung was officially on my s/hit list. I didn’t want to hear a fcuking word from him.
I can’t believe he went off on me like that. He criticized me for our marriage. I am sick and tired of people calling me controlling. God, I was not that bad in our marriage.
He was acting like I was the husband from hell or something? All this s/hit happened so long ago. Someone was hung up on the past. And for the next few hours, I brooded in the living room with anger thinking about all the s/hit that Taehyung had said.
I had the sour feeling that everything Taehyung had said was true. I am controlling. I did always criticize him even more so now that we aren’t together.
I was a terrible husband. 💮💮💮
“Appa,” Jeonul said plopping down on the couch beside me. “Yeah,” I mumbled deep in thought. “What’s up?”
“I’ve been hanging out on the beach, getting drunk, having unprotected s3x, committing crimes,” Jeonul continued. “That’s nice Jeonie. Keep going,” I replied.
“Appa,” he shouted. “What?” I said glancing at him. “You’re not listening to me,” he replied. “Am I controlling?” I asked completely ignoring his statement.
“Appa, please don’t put me in the middle of whatever you and Taehyung are arguing about,” Jeonul groaned. “I heard you two from the basement.” “Sorry,” I replied. “He just brings out the worst in me sometimes. You’ll learn when you get married.”
“If I ever,” Jeonul chuckled as he moved off of the couch. “For the record, Taehyung has been sitting in the tub for two hours now. At this rate, it’ll never be fixed. Please talk some sense into him.”
“Oh no! I’m not talking to him,” I huffed. “He doesn’t need my help. I’m controlling, according to him.” “Appa! For the sake of all of our showers please,” Jeonul begged. “Fine,” I muttered hopping off of the couch.
As much as I enjoyed not speaking to Taehyung, I had to do this for my children. Plus I get pleasure from Taehyung admitting that he was wrong. It was a great ego boast and I enjoyed seeing him fail.
This pleasure exceeded at the end of our marriage. Call me a sadist but Taehyung’s pain brings me an immeasurable amount of joy. I walked into the marble finished bathroom to see Taehyung sitting in the bathtub, doing absolutely nothing.
His tools were spread out on the floor and he was just sitting there wallowing in self-pity. I chuckled at the sight. As soon as he caught sight of me, however, he jumped up out of the tub.
“I fixed it,” Taehyung muttered quickly. “So – yeah my work’s done here.” “You fixed it yet you were wallowing in the tub,” I snorted. “That makes a whole lot of sense.” “I thought you weren’t talking to me,” Taehyung retorted.
“I wasn’t but Jeonul wants to shower and the needs of my children surpass all others,” I replied. “Fine! You were right Jungkook,” he muttered. “I couldn’t fix it. You are always right, happy?”
“Taehyung,” I groaned. “Stop it! I’ll just call a plumber and how about you and I take the kids out to eat at that place down the road that you like so much. I’ll pay.”
“Wait a minute? What?” Taehyung said in confusion. “Wait a minute! You’re not going to bask in my failure! Like 'No! I’m always right, Taehyung. You’re wrong'.” “No Taehyung,” I mumbled.
“Wow – I’m impressed,” he chuckled. “And you’re treating me to dinner. What’s the catch?” “There is no catch,” I retorted. “Now hurry up and get dressed before I change my mind.”
“Yes sire,” Taehyung replied as he moved past me. So, I did feel slightly bad about earlier. Taehyung had called me out on all of my s/hit. I was upset at first but then I realized that he was only doing what I do to him on a daily basis.
I always called him out on his s/hit. For once, he had the balls to do the same. Plus Taehyung and I hadn’t really spent any time with the kids since we got here. A family dinner seemed like a great family bonding activity.
Jeonul and Haneul didn’t seem thrilled enough about it. Thus, we gathered Jeonul and Haneul and headed to Taehyung’s favorite restaurant, Shackle’s, not at all what your kinky mind is conjuring.
Shackle’s had been the place when Taehyung and I ate for our first anniversary. It held some memories. When we walked into the restaurant, the manager Choi Minho, as soon as he caught sight of us, rushed towards us with a wide grin on his face.
Minho was a friend of Taehyung’s family. “Taehyung! Jungkook! I haven’t seen you guys in forever,” he smiled hugging us both. “It’s great to see the two of you still together. But I knew you two would last. You guys were so in love.”
“Yeah,” I replied quickly. I didn’t have the heart to tell him that Taehyung and I were divorced. He seemed so happy to see us. I couldn’t break the old man’s heart.
“These are our kids, Haneul and Jeonul,” Taehyung said. “You remember them?” “Oh yeah Hannie and Jeonnie,” Minho grinned. “You guys are so big now! Oh come! Come! I’ll seat you guys! Everything is on the house.”
“Minho – you don’t have to,” I shook my head. “No, I want to,” he replied sitting us at a booth. We all scooted into the booth as he motioned for a server to come to us. It was weird all of us sitting here in a booth as a family.
Jeonul and I had eaten dinner alone for so long, it felt weird having four people at a table. “Dad,” Haneul said cutting into the silence. Taehyung and I both glanced up at the same time. “Can my boyfriend join us for dinner?”
“Boyfriend?” Taehyung said in shock. “Boyfriend? When did this happen?” “I met a guy on the beach,” Haneul said texting away on her phone. “He’s so cool.” “This is family time, Haneul,” I replied. “How about he comes over tomorrow?”
“Perfect,” Haneul said her eyes shifting back to her cell phone. “Do you want to invite someone over tomorrow, Jeonul?” I asked curiously. “Sure,” Jeonul shrugged. I was glad my kids were making friends.
This trip seemed like a better and better idea each day. We actually managed to get through the dinner without fighting once. That was a record for Taehyung and I. We were kind of sort of like a family now, besides the fact that he and I were divorced.
It was nice. But of course, us not fighting, never lasted that long. “That was delicious,” I commented after we left the restaurant. “Minho really outdid himself today.”
“You would know,” Taehyung huffed. “You did order the most expensive thing on the menu.” “It was not,” I retorted. “It wasn’t like you were paying so why do you care?”
“Because he was being nice,” Taehyung retorted. “It didn’t mean you had to take advantage of the offer.” “I wasn’t taking advantage,” I replied. “I was going to order whether I had paid or not. I always order that but you probably don’t remember?”
“That’s not what you always order,” Taehyung argued. “Yes it is! How are you going to tell me what I always order?” I snorted. “Because I know what you always order because we were married,” Taehyung replied. “I know you better than you know yourself.”
“Sure you do! You just know every little thing, huh, Taehyung,” I retorted. “I know more than you think,” he continued. “I know all of your secrets like how every night around midnight you would sneak into my drawer and +
eat like ten pieces of chocolate when you said you were on a diet. I also know that you used to steal my clothes, specifically my boxers, when you claimed you didn’t. +
You have a birthmark on the back of your left thigh and you have watched every season of Desperate Housewives. It’s your secret pleasure.”
“Desperate Housewives?” Haneul repeated. “Whatever,” I growled as I walked into the house. “So, you know some things.” “That’s what I thought, Jungkook,” Taehyung grinned.
He may have won this one, but it’s the first out of many arguments. Trust me, the next argument we had, he would lose. He never beat me twice in a row. I sighed as I walked upstairs into my bedroom. I was exhausted.
I just wanted to throw all of my clothes off and crash into my bed. That was exactly what I did too. It was late and way past my bedtime. I walked over to the balcony just in time to catch my children sneak out the backdoor.
I was way too tired to care at the moment plus as long as they were together I thought it was ok. They were young.
I closed the shade, pretending as if I hadn’t seen, and crept underneath my covers to sleep the night away. I had just fallen asleep when I felt something or rather someone crawl into my bed. I didn’t have to turn around to know who it was.
“Taehyung, get out,” I groaned. “Now I’m exhausted. I don’t have time for your games.” Taehyung didn’t respond.
God, he was pissing me off. I flicked the switch on, angrily, turning beside me to see that it was not Taehyung on my bed.
"Oh! GOD FCUK! What are you?" I scream. 💮✳️💘✳️💮
It was a sea otter. A fcuking sea otter. I screamed loudly, running out of my room as fast as I could. I slammed the door shut behind me, still screaming. “Jungkook?” Taehyung groaned walking out of his bedroom.
He too had been fast asleep. He rubbed his eyes as I ran into his arms. “There’s a fcuking otter in my room! A fcuking otter, Taehyung! Oh my god! Oh my god! I think I’m having heart palpitations,” I said out of breath.
“Jungkook calm down,” Taehyung said grabbing me. “Did it attack you? Did it bite you?” “No! No! I was out of there before it could do anything,” I choked out.
“Oh my god – I just want to get out of these clothes. I feel contaminated. I need to shower. How the fcuk did it get in?”
“I don’t know – someone must have left a door open,” Taehyung suggested. “I’ll go downstairs and check. Take a shower. You can take some clothes from my room.”
“Thanks,” I replied as I went to scrub my body off. The fcuking kids must have left the backdoor open when they snuck out. I can’t believe a fcuking otter was in my room. Oh my god – I almost had an heart attack.
I felt slightly better after I showered but how the hell was I going to get it out of my room? “So I got the otter out of your room,” Taehyung announced. “And the backdoor was left open. I also know why the otter was attracted to your bed now.”
He tossed a bag of chocolate onto his dresser as he chuckled. “Oh shut up,” I groaned. “That was traumatizing.” “I’m sure,” Taehyung chuckled. “How did you get it out?” I asked curiously.
“I opened the door to the balcony and put a trail of food out,” Taehyung replied. “You know Hansel and Gretel style.” “Clever,” I muttered. “Thanks.”
“What was that?” Taehyung said. “Is that the sound of Jungkook thanking me?” “Yes I said thank you,” I replied rolling my eyes. “You might want to wash your sheets before you go to bed,” Taehyung suggested.
“Oh I’m not sleeping in that room,” I replied. “I’m sleeping in here.” “Oh,” Taehyung chuckled. “Who says I’m letting you? This is my bed.” “I say so – I mean can I please sleep in here, Taehyung? You’re the bestest,” I retorted sarcastically.
“Don’t ever do that again and no,” he laughed. “You’ve been a complete jerk to me the entire time we've been here. Why should I be nice to you?” Oh great now, he wanted to call me out as a jerk.
Perfect timing! When I actually need something from him! I pouted as he stared at me emotionless. So, this was going to be harder than I thought.
Hmm—I used to be able to get Taehyung to do whatever I wanted when we were married. Damn – How did I do that again? “Taehyung,” I said walking towards him. “I’m so sorry.”
“I’m sure,” Taehyung snorted. “Like really really sorry,” I said brushing my lips across his neck. I couldn’t believe I was doing this for a fcuking bed.
In my mind I was like 'stop Jungkook – Don’t do this!' But I really want to sleep in his bed. I was not going back on that bed which is prolly wet now or in that room now that an otter was roaming around it.
“It’s not going to work,” Taehyung huffed as I began licking and sucking on his neck. His mouth was saying that but his body was saying other things. “Are you sure about that...babe?” I whispered as I slid my hand onto his crotch. “You’re already hard.”
“You suck! Fine! You can sleep in here! Jeez just stop teasing me! Jerk,” Taehyung huffed as a grin crept across his face. He slapped my hand off of him as he crawled into his bed.
“I knew you’d see my way,” I winked as I slid beside him. “It works every time. Looks like I remembered some stuff from our marriage too. You folded like paper.”
“Shut up,” Taehyung huffed. “I’m horny and I’d rather not hear you gloat. At least when we were married, you went all the way. I should have held out longer.”
“Pfff...you wouldn’t have lasted,” I chuckled. Just as I said that, Taehyung turned towards me and crushed his lips against mine. I was completely taken off guard.
//TW// Slight NSFW
He climbed on top of me, straddling me, as we made out on top of his bed. I didn’t stop him as he slid his tongue in my mouth. A moan crept out of my throat as he continued, taking control, his hands were all over my body and I liked it.
His mouth fell from my lips and onto my chest as he placed kisses all over my body. He was always aggressive but never this aggressive. I wasn’t used to this. “Taehyung,” I choked out as his mouth crept past my stomach.
“Who’s folding now?” he chuckled. I bit my lip. What was happening? Since when did Taehyung have me at his fingertips? 💮💮💮
“Dad, could I borrow like ten dollars?” Haneul asked, as I stumbled into the living room. God, I was stiff. Why was I so – Never mind I think I know why.
“Yeah sure,” I replied as I sat on the couch. “My wallet is on the dresser.” “Why are you walking like that?” Haneul continued. “You hurt yourself or something?"
“Yeah, there was an otter in my bedroom,” I replied. “I must have pulled something trying to run away from it.” “An otter? Hmm...thanks for the money,” Haneul said running upstairs. God, where did these kids go?
One day I swear I’m going to follow them to see what keeps them out on the beach all day and night. This family trip was turning out quite interesting. Maybe I’ve been a little too lenient.
“Thanks so much, sir,” I heard Taehyung mutter. I glanced around to see him talking to who I assumed to be a plumber. I mean he had a tool belt on and looked particularly dirty. He definitely fit the stereotype of a plumber. “No problem,” he said as Taehyung paid him.
I grabbed a magazine and began looking at it, as I heard the door slam. I did not want to talk to Taehyung especially not about what happened last night, when he and I – Oh my god, I couldn’t even think about it.
He and I actually kissed like full on Titanic, ‘We’ve been separated for 84 years and I’m happy we’re back together’ kind of kiss. We haven’t kissed like that since we were married. Hell, we never did half of that when we were married.
Taehyung really shocked me last night. He was different. “Jungkook, you’re awake,” Taehyung noted sitting beside me. Great – he noticed me on the couch. This was awkward. Act cool, Jungkook. Last night meant nothing to you.
It was just s3x – mind blowing I had like five 0rgasms kind of s3x - but all in all it was just plain old s3x. This didn’t change anything between the two of us. “Yup,” I replied flipping through home magazine.
“The plumber just left – he fixed the shower yesterday, but then something happened with the sink this morning – I don’t know,” Taehyung huffed. “So, what are your plans for today?”
“I’m probably going to go to the grocery store,” I replied casually. “I’m cooking dinner for Haneul’s boyfriend and whomever Jeonul is bringing over.” “Do you need my help?” Taehyung asked.
What was going on? Taehyung was offering his help. Something was definitely wrong. Why was he being so nice? Hell, why was I being so nice? I didn’t like this.
Oh dear lord. I need to get out of here. “Nope,” I replied standing up off the couch. “I have to get dressed. I’ll be back later. Keep an eye on the kids.”
I moved as quickly as I possibly could. “Jungkook,” Taehyung called out to me just as I reached the stairs. I paused for a moment, biting my lip.
“Yeah,” I replied glancing at the steps. “Nothing – forget it,” he said. Thank god. I hurried upstairs quickly before he changed his mind.
God, my face was burning and I was blushing. I walked into my room, slamming the door shut behind me, quickly getting dressed. I had to get to the grocery store hell, I just had to leave this house.
As soon as I was dressed, I was gone. “I’ll be back in a few,” I called out just as I slammed the front door shut. When I got the store, I shopped very slowly. I inspected the fruits longer than usual, and walked around a few times.
I was really milking this. I didn’t want to be home alone with Taehyung. I couldn’t handle whatever was going on between us. I didn’t want to handle it.
God – Why was I saying us? Stop it, Jungkook. There is no us. You and Taehyung are divorced for god’s sake. Divorced. “Can I help you sir?” a worker asked.
“I’m divorced,” was the first thing that popped out of my mouth. The guy stared at me in confusion. He must think I’m a nut job. “I can’t help you with that,” he said before walking away.
What is happening to me? I pushed my carriage up the aisle, glancing at the clock. I had been here for two hours now. That’s a long a/ss time.
If I don’t get back soon, Taehyung might think I’ve been kidnapped or something plus I needed to start dinner. I was out of the store just as my phone started ringing. I glanced at the caller ID.
It was Jeonul. “Yes Jeonul,” I said. “Um – Appa, are you on your way?” Jeonul asked curiously.
He was doing that voice. The one he does when something happened. I froze outside of my car. “What happened?” I asked.
“Nothing major,” Jeonul said casually. “Taehyung kind of – sort of punched Haneul’s boyfriend and he’s threatening to sue.” “What!?”
I growled. “I’m on my way!” God, I can’t leave for a second without things going haywire. Why the hell did Taehyung punch her boyfriend? What was going on?
I sped home and when I say sped, like I could have gotten a ticket. I didn’t care though. I had bigger matters to attend to. I rushed into the house quickly, slamming the front door shut.
“Jeonul?” I called out. Just as I did, I spotted Taehyung first. He was in the kitchen and he was fuming. He was upset obviously and he was pacing. I have seen this before.
“Taehyung, what’s going on?” I asked. “Haneul’s fcuking boyfriend,” he huffed. “I swear to god I’m going to k/ill him.” “What did he do? Taehyung? What happened?” I asked.
“Fcuk! Fcuk!” Taehyung growled. “Appa?” Jeonul said walking into the kitchen. “Living room and uh – don’t freak out.” 💮✳️😡✳️💮
“Appa?” Jeonul said walking into the kitchen. “Living room and uh – don’t freak out.” “Freak out?” I asked as I walked into the living room.
My grin faded as soon as I saw Haneul and her boyfriend. I bit my lip. Now I see why Taehyung was so angry. Haneul’s boyfriend had to at least be fifty years old.
He was definitely too old to be seeing our daughter. This pervert had his hands around my daughter – my baby – my child. I wanted to k/ill him too but I couldn’t. I had to play good cop because Taehyung had already did bad cop.
“Hello, I’m Jungkook,” I said introducing myself. “I’m Haneul’s other dad. Nice to meet you.” “Nice to meet you too,” he rasped. “I’m Jongdae.” God, he even had a smoker’s voice. What the fcuk was Haneul thinking?
“I’m sorry about Taehyung,” I replied. “He’s a handful – always been. Can I get you some ice for your face?” “No thanks,” he replied shaking a bag in his hand. “I’m fine.” “Great,” I nodded. “Uh Haneul – you’re father wants to talk to you in the kitchen.”
She nodded as she walked away. I waited until she left before I went full responsible super dad.
“So here’s how this is going to work, Jongdae,” I began. “Are you listening? Good. You’re going to walk out of my house and never come back here. You’re never going to see my daughter again because contrary to what you probably believe she is only sixteen years old. +
That technically makes you a r@pist and if I call the cops you could go to jail. I’m sure you don’t want that. Have I made myself clear, Jongdae?”
He bit his lip, nodding. “I thought so,” I grinned. “Have a nice day, Jongdae.” I’ve never seen a gentleman move so fast out of a house in my entire life. I guess I had successfully scared him away.
Super Dad strikes again. Now, it’s time to question Haneul. In what universe did she think it would be ok to bring over a fifty year old boyfriend?
She had to know that we weren’t going to approve. Was she out of her mind? Was this a cry for attention? I just don’t understand her sometimes.
I walked into the kitchen right in the middle of a heated argument between Haneul and Taehyung. I have never in my life seen Taehyung so angry. It was pretty hot.
“Haneul! I am your father and you’ll listen to me,” he replied. “I can’t believe you would bring that fcuking man to our house and tell us that he’s your boyfriend. What the hell is wrong with you?”
“I can date whoever I want! This is a free country! And now you want to be my father! How peachy!” she retorted. “I hate you.”
“Come on guys! Hold on! Hold on! Hold on!” I said cutting in between the two of them. “Let’s be cordial. Taehyung, take a walk.” “What?” he replied.
“I said take a walk,” I replied. “You’re angry and you need to calm down, so take a walk. Come back when you’re back to normal.” He swore underneath his breath, slamming the back door behind him.
I was certain a little fresh air and a brisk walk on the beach would make him feel better. Hopefully, Jongdae had disappeared quickly enough or else I might have to bail Taehyung out of jail.
“Haneul, please tell me you weren’t serious when you brought Jongdae here,” I began. “You are way too pretty for that guy and way too young. That guy was like fifty.” “Forty-seven. But he liked me though, Dad,” Haneul sighed. “He was so sweet.”
“I’m sure,” I replied. “But there are plenty of sweet guys your age who would k/ill to date you I’m sure of it. You don’t need some fifty something year old to make you feel special. That spot is already filled by me and your angry father.”
“My father who hates me,” she replied. “He doesn’t hate you,” I said. “He loves you. He was just upset. There’s a lot of adrenaline rushing through him because he got to punch a guy. +
So promise me that you won’t ever date a guy at least three years older than you until you’re twenty one.” “Ok dad,” Haneul chuckled. “Deal.” “Great,” I replied. “I’m going to talk to your father.”
Well, I think that was a successful talk with Haneul. Now, all I had to do was speak to Taehyung. I moved out onto the beach to see him walking along the shore.
He was talking to some half-naked guy. On second thought, it looked like he was flirting with said half-naked guy. What the hell? How dare—I-I’m going to k/ill him.
I stormed across the beach, ready to shove my way into the conversation, but he was already gone before I reached Taehyung. Damn it!
“I just talked to Haneul,” I said. “She’s fine. She’s not going to be bringing any fifty year old men back here anytime soon.” “Thank god,” Taehyung huffed. “God, what was she thinking?”
“What every teenage girl thinks,” I replied. “Older guys are hot and experienced.” “Well Jongdae doesn’t fit into either of those categories,” Taehyung retorted. “He was disgusting.”
“I know,” I huffed. “Well, I guess I’m going to cook dinner. I have a whole meal planned so I’ll just make it for us.” “Ok,” Taehyung said glancing at the half-naked guy whom he was talking to earlier.
My eyes followed his as the guy motioned for him to come over. I bit my lip. Taehyung wouldn’t? Would he?
Of course he would. He was practically drooling over the guy. The ugly red monster was rearing its head and I don’t think it would go back in any time soon.
“Taehyung,” I growled. “Who’s that?” “What? Huh?” he said completely ignoring me. “That half-naked guy who you’re drooling over,” I retorted. “He’s a neighbour,” Taehyung smirked. “And he wants me to come over.”
“I’m sure,” I huffed. “Too bad you can’t. We’re still having that family dinner, remember? Family time with your kids.” “I’ll invite him over,” Taehyung shrugged.
“I don’t think so,” I snorted. “No.” “No? You’re going to tell me who I can and can’t bring into my own beach house?” he retorted. “I don’t think so, Jungkook.”
“I don’t want some quick fcuk around our kids,” I replied. “Are you sure this is just about our kids, Jungkook?” Taehyung asked. “Because it sounds to me like your jealous.”
“Jealous? Ha,” I snorted. “Don’t make me laugh, Taehyung. We’re not together. Why would I be jealous? You’re a free man. You can do whoever and whatever the fcuk you want.”
“Ok then,” Taehyung nodded. “I’ll bring him over around six.” With that said, I walked away from him back towards the house, not saying another word.
I was too angry. I was so angry I couldn’t form sentences. I’m not jealous of that guy. Taehyung and I are divorced. How dare he accuse me of such a thing?
Even if I was jealous, how could he sleep with me and just go to the next piece of ass he sees? That’s typical. Typical Taehyung. Fcuk him.. It was absolutely stupid.
He was just messing with my head like usual. It’s ok though. I don’t care. If this is how he wanted it, then this is how it would be.
I slammed the door shut behind me, as I pulled the ingredients for the pasta out of the fridge. I angrily chopped away peppers, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms throwing them in the pot.
“Appa?” Jeonul asked. “You shouldn’t chop so angrily – you could slice your finger off.” “Jeonul I know how to cook,” I huffed. “Sheesh, ok,” Jeonul said walking out of the living room.
Great! Now I was taking my frustrations out on my kids. It wasn’t purposeful. Fcuking Taehyung. He always had to ruin everything. He liked to push me. He always did.
And at six o’clock that evening, he actually brought that guy – Ryujin, I think his name was - over to our house. He was testing me. I know he was but I wouldn’t give him the satisfaction of pissing me off. I wouldn’t. That’s what he wanted.
He wanted to me to get angry and I wouldn’t do it, so I served the food like a good host, pretending as if it didn’t bother me the least bit. “This pasta is amazing,” Ryujin said chewing away.
I should have put bleach in his. Then he would have really tasted something amazing. Taehyung was all over him and it was absolutely sickening. I had to hold myself back from vomiting.
“Appa – who is this guy?” Jeonul whispered to me. “Some guy your father is trying to have s3x with it,” I mumbled. “I’m definitely leaving tonight,” Jeonul retorted.
“Me too,” Haneul agreed. “B@stard,” I groaned as Taehyung went all flirty. I couldn’t take it anymore. I excused myself and left the dinner. I couldn’t handle it.
If I stayed any longer, my fork would be going inside someone’s neck. I, begrudgingly, went into my bed and flicked the TV on. If I heard s3x noises, I’d turn my volume up. I folded my arms, as I watched Two and a half man.
I loved this show – Ashton Kutcher was a riot. Four or five episodes in, there was a knock on my door. I didn’t respond but whoever it was decided that my lack of response meant they could come in.
“Jungkook, are you asleep?” Taehyung asked closing the door behind me. “Does it look like I’m asleep, Taehyung?” I retorted. “God, get out. I didn’t invite you in.”
“How many times do I have to tell you? This is my beach house and I can do whatever the hell I want,” Taehyung chuckled moving towards the other side of my bed.
“You keep saying that like I actually care,” I huffed as he sat beside me. “Could you get off my bed? I just washed these sheets.”
“I’m sure,” Taehyung nodded crawling into my bed and pulling the covers over him. “So what are we watching?” “You mean what I’m watching alone,” I huffed. “Don’t you have something better to do? Huh – Some neighbours to screw or something?”
“Nope,” Taehyung retorted as the series flickered back on. “Oh, Ashton. I love this show.” “Why are you here?” I groaned. “God, what do you want? I just want to be alone. Can I get some alone time?”
“Oh! I get it,” Taehyung chuckled. “You want to masturbate is what you’re saying?” “Fcuk off,” I snorted pulling my blanket dramatically over my head. God, Taehyung is so annoying.
Why won’t he just go away? “Jungkook,” Taehyung said trying to pull the blanket off of me. “What?” I said in frustration. I pulled the blanket off my face, and just as I did, he pressed his lips against mine.
My face burned red, as he and I kissed again, our lips not moving from each other’s once. I sat up as Taehyung’s hands fell underneath my shirt. He pulled it over my head, tossing it to the floor, as we made out.
I wanted to fight him. I wanted to say no but my body had a whole other idea in mind. God, what was I doing? I was eating that forbidden fruit again. Two nights in a row. 💮💮💮
Taehyung and I made love two nights in a row. Something was going on. I woke up the next morning with drool dripping down the corner of my mouth and Taehyung’s arms around my waist.
I wiped my mouth off, struggling to get out of Taehyung’s grip, which was surprisingly quite the task. “Jungkook,” Taehyung mumbled tightening his grip around me. “Don’t leave.”
“Taehyung,” I groaned as he pressed his lips against my neck. “Stop it. You did enough of that last night.” “I did a lot of things last night,” Taehyung chuckled his hands moving down towards my crotch.
“Taehyung,” I smirked. “Don’t.” “Don’t what?” he said his hands slipping inside of my underwear. “Do this.” “Taehyung,” I choked out, moving away from him.
I fell out of the bed and onto the floor, taking the entire comforter with me. Taehyung chuckled as I struggled to get up off of the floor. He gave me his hand, and I pulled him down with me, as we made out on the floor like teenagers.
We stopped kissing, as soon as we heard someone clear their throat behind us. “Taehyung,” a familiar voice said in a rather stern manner. We both glanced up at the same time to see Taehyung’s parents, staring up at us.
“Mom? Dad?” Taehyung said standing up off of the ground. Thank god Taehyung had his boxers on. Me – I wasn’t so lucky.
But I did still have the comforter covering all of the proudful features of my body. “Mr. and Mrs. Kim,” I said standing up off of the floor. “Nice to see you guys again.” “Jungkook,” Mrs. Kim replied unenthusiastically. “I almost didn’t recognize you.”
She was never really a fan of me. She started despising me more after we go married “I thought you two were divorced,” Mr. Kim said in confusion. Well, this just got extremely awkward.
“Mom – I didn’t know you guys would be coming up here,” Taehyung said sitting on the couch. “Why didn’t you call? That was the question that was on my mind as well. It was so typical of his parents to show up unannounced and barge in.
They could have at least knocked before they came into Taehyung’s bedroom. Call me old-fashioned but Taehyung’s an adult – What if they had walked in on us doing much more?
Now, we had to awkwardly explain what we were doing making out on the floor like kids considering we are technically divorced. Were we reconciling?
Rekindling the old flame? Or is this just some steamy hot fcuk out of sheer boredom? I’m sure Mrs. Kim preferred the latter option. The woman hated my guts – talk about mother-in-law from hell.
I blame her for all of Taehyung’s bad traits. Taehyung’s father, on the other hand, was the sweetest man. I don’t know how in the hell he ended up with such a devil for a wife. God – her presence – makes my physically sick.
She’s one of the reasons why Taehyung and I divorced in the first place. “Well its noon and I figured you would be awake,” Mrs. Kim said casting a dirty eye on me. “Well I was up late last night, mom,” he retorted. “Why are you even here?”
“We came to visit our grandchildren,” Mr. Kim pitched in. “Instead, we come to find you two in reconciliation and our grandkids nowhere to be found.” “There probably out on the beach,” I said.
“Yeah and Jungkook and I weren’t reconciling anything,” Taehyung snorted. “He and I were just fooling around.” Hold on just a minute. Did he just say what I think he just said? Fooling around? I guess he also preferred the latter option.
Is that all it was too him? It was just s3x. Even if it was just that – he had some nerve to tell his mother, my mortal enemy, that. God – What am I just some plaything?
“Fooling around, Taehyung? That’s all it was to you,” I retorted. “What am I just some toy you can play around with whenever you feel like it?”
“That’s not what I meant,” Taehyung said his eyes wide at me. “Jungkook, can we talk about this later?” “No,” I huffed. “We’re not talking about this later, Taehyung. We’re going to talk about this right now.”
“Taehyung, you really need to choose your words carefully,” Mrs. Kim replied. For once, I actually agreed with Taehyung’s mother and that never happened like ever.
“Honey! Let’s go! They obviously need some time to talk,” Mr. Kim said pulling her out onto the deck. “Let’s find Hannie and Jeonie.” Mr. Kim was always on my side with these things. God, I couldn’t believe Taehyung had said that in front of his parents.
He and I are just fooling around. I thought we were actually getting along for once in our lives. He always ruins things. God, this was so typical of Taehyung.
So freaking typical. “Why did you do that?” Taehyung groaned running his fingers through his hair. “In front of my mother and everything – God.”
“Why did I do? You were the one who told her that we were just fooling around,” I huffed. “Jungkook,” Taehyung said as I walked away from him. “Jungkook! Don’t walk away from me!”
I rushed up the stairs, slamming my bedroom door shut in his face. I locked it, as he jingled the handle. I didn’t want to talk to him. Yes, I was being childish, but he was being a d!ck. I opened my drawers as I threw my suitcase on top of my bed.
I am leaving. I am getting the hell out of here. I wouldn’t be used again. I shoved clothes inside of the suitcase, angrily. Just as the suitcase was near full, Taehyung grabbed my arm.
“Jungkook! Stop,” Taehyung groaned. “Stop this right now!” “Get off of me,” I growled accidently elbowing him in the groin. He fell to the ground in pain.
“Fcuk,” Taehyung moaned. “Oh my god, Taehyung,” I said feeling bad. “I’m sorry. Are you ok?” “I’m fine,” he choked out, as I grabbed his arm and sat him on my bed. “God, why did you do that?”
“It was by accident,” I snorted. “I didn’t do it purposefully.” “I know you missed my balls,” Taehyung replied. “I just wanted to make you feel bad.” “You’re an a/sshole,” I retorted punching him in the shoulder.
I zipped my suitcase up, tossing it to the ground. “Jungkook – What are you doing? Stop packing,” Taehyung said. “We haven’t talked about this thing that’s going on between us.” “You made it perfectly clear,” I huffed. “We’re just fooling around, remember?”
“Jungkook – that’s not what I meant – I was at a loss of words,” Taehyung tried to explain. “I didn’t know what to say to my parents so I just said anything.”
“Well you gave a good answer,” I growled as Taehyung began pulling my clothes out of my suitcase. “Come on! We’re having a great time,” Taehyung said grabbing my hand and planting a kiss on it. “Am I wrong?”
“No,” I mumbled. Taehyung pulled my chin up and pressed his lips against mine. I pulled away before he could kiss me again. I don’t know if I was completely falling for this. I mean I do still have feelings for Taehyung.
You don’t marry someone and not have feelings for them. It’s just do I want to get back together with him is the question. I mean maybe it’s too early to tell but the past two days have me confused.
“Let’s talk about us, Jungkook,” Taehyung said sitting me down. “How do you feel about me right now?” Before I could answer, Jeonul walked into the bedroom.
“Um – Taehyung, someone is at the door for you,” Jeonul said. I glanced at Taehyung, as a confused look, washed over his face. “Someone is here besides my parents?” Taehyung asked.
“Yeah some guy named Wooshik,” Jeonul shrugged. “Wooshik?” Taehyung said his eyes wide. 💮✳️⁉️✳️💮
“Wooshik?” Taehyung said his eyes wide. “Haha! Oh Wooshik? Yeah – I’ll be back, Jungkook. You stay right here.” I rolled my eyes as Taehyung rushed out of the bedroom closing the door behind him.
There was definitely something fishy going on here. I mean Taehyung tried to pull his stupid fake laugh that he always does when he is up to something. Who the hell is Wooshik?
So, like the snoop I am, I didn’t wait in the bedroom. I don’t listen to Taehyung. I walked right out of there and glanced over from the top of the steps.
A young guy in a brown turtle neck tucked into skinny jeans was at the foot of the steps. Cue in automatic eye roll – Is that what the youth wear nowadays? I raised an eyebrow as a wide grin crept across his face when he saw Taehyung.
“Taehyung! Surprise!” he shouted running up to Taehyung. He wrapped his arms around Taehyung’s waist and kissed him right on the lips. This was no friendly kiss either. It wasn’t a ‘Hey! We’re just friends kiss’.
It was definitely a ‘I missed you so much and I’m so horny’ kind of kiss. “Wooshik,” Taehyung said after they swapped spit for a good five minutes. “What are you doing here?”
“Did you not here the surprise part? I missed you babe,” Wooshik squealed. “I was super lonely.” Don’t tell me Taehyung is dating this kid – this little Wooshik. The fcuking b@stard.
He never mentioned anything about seeing anyone especially a kid. Then he had the nerve to sleep with me – I can’t I believe I fell for this s/hit.
He completely played me. Taehyung had sweet talked me like he probably had sweet talked this Wooshik kid. How had I been so foolish? I should have known better. “Wooshik! You –“
Before Taehyung could do anything, I moved down the steps without another thought. I was powered by anger and fuelled by hatred towards Taehyung. I wanted to see him talk his way out of this one.
“Hello, I’m Jungkook,” I said walking down to shake his hands. “And you are?” “Wooshik,” he said shaking my hand. “What are you the butler or something?” Butler? I know this kid did not just ask me if I was the butler.
“No – I’m Taehyung’s ex-husband,” I growled. “Who the fcuk are you?” “Well – I’m Taehyung’s boyfriend,” Wooshik said sucking his teeth at me. Boyfriend? I figured as much.
My hunch was correct. “Hmmm...Taehyung never mentioned you.” I replied. “He never mentioned you either,” Wooshik retorted. “But I can see why now.”
“Excuse me,” I huffed. “You heard me,” he snored. “Guys,” Taehyung chuckled. “Let’s be cordial.”
“Cordial? You want me to be cordial? Well, um, I have a question Taehyung,” I began. “When were you going to tell me you had a boyfriend? It would have been nice to know before we had s3x last night.”
“S3x! Ha! If Taehyung had s3x with you, he must have felt bad,” Wooshik scoffed. “Sweetheart, where can I put my bags?” “This is an adult conversation,” I snorted. “So toddles. Run along, child. “Bite me,” Wooshik huffed.
“Wooshik, why don’t you sit in the living room and I’ll be in there in a few, ok?” Taehyung asked rubbing his shoulder. “Only because you asked,” he grinned dragging his suitcase over to the living room.
Taehyung ran his fingers through his hair, as he waited for him to leave into the living room. I waited patiently beside, ready to hear what ever excuse he had for this one.
He was probably going to tell me something cheesy like last night meant a lot to me and how much he still loved me. Then he would say that Wooshik was just a filler for the empty hole in his heart and that he didn’t want to be with him anymore.
He’ll push out a tear or two and then declare that I was the only true love of his life and that he’d break up with Wooshik. It would sound like something straight out of a Nicholas Sparks novel.
I chuckled at the thought. “Jungkook,” Taehyung began. “Jungkook, I – “ “Whatever you’re about to say, save it,” I replied. “Don’t waste your breath, Taehyung.”
“Jungkook – He and I aren’t together,” Taehyung protested. “We went on a few dates, yes. That was it. We aren’t officially anything.” “Whatever Taehyung! You’re ever so disgusting ding dong bell still, you know that,” I retorted.
“I can’t believe I actually slept with you. God, I’m so stupid.” “Jungkook,” Taehyung groaned as I walked up the stairs. “Jungkook–he means nothing to me. Jungkook, I love– “
“No! Don’t even say it,” I shouted. “Don’t you dare finish that sentence!” Taehyung went silent as I walked into my bedroom and sat on my bed. I didn’t want to talk to Taehyung.
I just don’t understand what was happening. He and I were doing so well these past few days. We were actually getting along this morning and acting like a married couple.
Then, of course, his parents had to come and his boyfriend. Maybe this was god’s way of saying that Taehyung and I shouldn’t get back together. Maybe Taehyung and I should just give up one another.
“Dad,” Haneul asked walking into my bedroom. She sat down beside me on my bed. “Yes,” I replied.
“Please tell me that that Wooshik guy is not staying here,” Haneul growled. “He’s annoying.” “I know and I can’t control who Taehyung let’s stay here–it’s his beach house,” I sighed. “He can do whatever he wants. I don’t care.”
“Yes, you do,” Haneul huffed. “You do care, Dad. Taehyung hasn’t been in his bed in the past day or two. I’m not dumb. You’re still in love with each other.” “I’m not in love with your father,” I huffed. “He has Wooshik.”
“He doesn’t like Wooshik,” Haneul argued. “Grandma set them up at one of her parties. Dad was forced into dating him.” “Oh really,” I said. Things were starting to make sense now.
He must have come here with Mrs. Kim. She must have brought him along to sabotage Taehyung and I. It was so typical of her to do something like this. She was always trying to get Taehyung away from me.
“Dad–Just don’t let Wooshik ruin this,” Haneul begged. “Please.” “You’re talking like you want Taehyung and I back together,” I chuckled. “I just want you happy, dad,” she declared as she walked out of my bedroom without another word.
I can’t believe she actually wanted Taehyung and I back together. I couldn’t get over this Wooshik guy though. How was I supposed to get rid of the little prick?
I had to do something. Nothing too drastic though—maybe—a ton of laxatives in his food or something along those lines. Perhaps some eye drops in his Fiji water.
“Jungkook,” Taehyung caught me just as I was about to walk out onto the beach. “Can we please talk?” “What?” I sighed. “Don’t you have some boy toy to entertain?” “I didn’t invite him here,” Taehyung hissed pushing me outside.
“My mother must have. Look I don’t want him here as much as you don’t but I can’t kick him out. He’s my mother’s boss’s son--my mom could be out of a job if I do anything to piss him off.”
“And I should care about your mother’s job, why exactly?” I huffed. “We aren’t together anymore. She isn’t my mother-in-law. I’m finished playing nice with her. She burned that bridge a long time ago.”
“Jungkook, could you just be nice?” Taehyung replied. “I don’t want them here as much you don’t. So, let’s just get through this next day or two – and then we can talk about us, ok?” “I’ll try,” I snorted slamming the door behind me as I walked out on the beach.
A day or two? He expected me to play along with this charade for a day or two? I can’t do that.
The monster-in-law and the boyfriend from hell–I have a low tolerance for people like them. Taehyung should know that.
I guess whatever happens. These next few days ought to be interesting. 💮💮💮
I tried. I really did. I really tried to be on my best behaviour because that’s what Taehyung asked me to do. He asked me to play nice with Wooshik and his mother and I made a valid attempt–even put a little time and effort in to please them.
But they just pushed my buttons and I had it. You can only push me for so long before I snap. Wooshik made me snap like an alligator. The turd was too clingy for my taste. He was all over Taehyung.
He followed Taehyung like a lost puppy and even insisted on sleeping in Taehyung’s room. I know Taehyung and I aren’t together.
I know he and I are separated and we’re still trying to figure this thing out but that didn’t mean it was ok for Taehyung to have this toddler in his room. God, the kid was a spoiled brat who did not know what the word 'No' means.
No was a fcuking foreign concept to him. I wanted to m/urder Wooshik. I wanted to k/ill him, chop him up into tiny pieces and dispose of his body in the Yellow Sea. But Wooshik was nothing compared to Taehyung’s mother.
Taehyung’s mother was nothing new to me. She had been a witch when we were married but she had gotten significantly witch-ier, if that’s even a word, since our divorce. Everything that came out her mouth was sarcastic. She hated me more so than before.
God and I even gave her grandchildren–not the conventional way, but she still had grandkids. You think she’d be a little more appreciative of the sperm that I gave. “Appa, This Wooshik has got to go,” Jeonul complained. “If he doesn’t leave, we have got to go.”
“Tell me about it,” I sighed. “But what did he do?” “Nothing directly towards me but it’s disgusting the way he’s all over Taehyung,” Jeonul said.
“It’s sickening. He was giving him a handy out on the beach, while Haneul and I were out there with our friends. Do you how embarrassing that is?”
“Fcuking Taehyung,” I growled. “That fcuking b@stard. He MeAnS nOtHiNg To Me. I can’t believe I listened to him. When I see him, I swear to god –“ “Uh! Appa,” Jeonul said, cutting me off of my rant. “Just do something.”
“Don’t worry I will,” I huffed storming out of my bedroom. This had gone too far. I had it up to here with this Wooshik.
He was rude, annoying, bratty and now he was trying to steal Taehyung away from me. Wooshik was about to see a side of me that he never wished for--that little b@stard. I stomped outside on to the deck, marching out onto the beach.
I could honestly careless about him or his mother. And why the hell was Taehyung letting this Wooshik kiss him, sleep in his room, and all of that jazz?
He claims loves me. He’s got one hell of a way of showing it. My eyes flickered across the sandy beach, searching for Taehyung and Wooshik.
Wooshik was sitting on top of Taehyung’s stomach, grinning like a fool. I'm gonna k/ill that b@stard. Not Wooshik, but Taehyung.
I bit my lip as I approached the two of them. Taehyung’s eyes immediately, fell onto mine, as he pushed Wooshik off of him. I cleared my throat as Wooshik tried to get up. At least pretended to get up.
It seems Taehyung thinks he could have dinner and dessert too. It didn’t work like that—I don’t work like that. “Taehyung—you and I—need to talk right now,” I said in between a clenched jaw.
Steam was flowing out of my ears at this point. I hadn’t felt this way since he and I were married. “Taehyung and I are kind of—“Wooshik began but I cut him off quick.
“You’re not now,” I huffed grabbing Taehyung’s arm and pulling him into the opposite direction of Wooshik. Wooshik didn’t even say anything back. I’m glad too or else he would have gotten a fist into his throat. “Jungkook—Baby,” Taehyung began.
“Don’t baby me,” I growled. “Don’t even Taehyung. You’re enjoying this, aren’t you? Huh? Wooshik all over you, giving you hand jobs on the fcuking beach! I can’t believe you! +
All that s/hit you said about caring about me and having feelings for me and now this kid comes along and you’re all over him!” “Jungkook, I told you that I’m pretending,” Taehyung retorted. “I’m doing this for my mother.”
“You expect me to believe that!” I huffed. “Well then, I’m done Taehyung. You deserve a fcuking Oscar than because you’re performance was award-winning.” Having said that, I stormed off back into the beach house, feeling fed up.
I had had it with Taehyung’s games. I was sick and tired of it. He was playing the field and try to have me and Wooshik at the same time. It was obvious. I hope he enjoyed Wooshik because I was never getting in bed with him ever again.
The first two times were a huge mistake—I was stupid. When I made it back to the beach house, I was so angry I even told off his mother.
“You know what I hope you’re happy,” I growled. “I hope you’re fcuking happy because you won like usual. Taehyung and I will never ever be getting back together—just in case you were wondering—which I know you were. Good night and good riddance.”
His mother was silent as I stormed upstairs into my bedroom, slamming the door shut behind me. I locked it—not wishing to be disturbed. 💮✳️😔✳️💮
I sat in my bed, pulling my bag of chocolates from the top drawer, and ate to my heart’s desire. When I’m upset, I eat, preferably chocolate. The very next day, I woke up to a knock on my bedroom door. I rolled out of bed to see Haneul and Jeonul at the door.
Oh god, What had happened now? “Good morning,” they said in unison. “Why aren’t you packed?” Haneul asked. “Yeah Dad said that we’re leaving today,” Jeonul said in confusion.
“Well he didn’t tell me but that’s because we are not speaking but I’ll pack right now,” I said without a second thought. It didn’t take me long to pack up. I was glad that I was leaving.
I may have had to suffer through a car ride with Taehyung but I had been in tougher situations with him. I could survive a four hour ride back to my home. I shoved my clothes inside, showered and was dressed in an hour and a half.
I rolled my suitcase down the steps, and out the door. I glanced around to see Taehyung’s parents and Wooshik were already gone.
Thank the heavens. Maybe I successfully scared them off yesterday. Taehyung offered his help but I ignored him, shoving my bag into the trunk. Taehyung sighed as I moved into the passenger seat without a word.
I slid my shades on, as we hit the road back towards home. I had a feeling that this was going to be a long ride. A few minutes on the highway and Taehyung was already trying to get me to talk to him.
“Are you really not going to talk to me?” Taehyung asked glancing at me briefly. I remained quiet. I didn’t really want to argue with Taehyung anymore. I was tired and plus arguing in a car was never a good idea.
None of us could walk away and I never back down – so I didn’t want to start that or else this would be a very uncomfortable for my kids. “Really Jungkook? This is childish and you know it,” Taehyung continued.
“Fine. If you won’t talk, then I guess you can just listen. I’m sorry about everything. After you walked away yesterday, it got me thinking and I cut everything off with Wooshik. Hence why he wasn’t here this morning— +
then after I did that, my mother jumped down my throat and I told her off too as nicely as I could. I tried to be nice with Wooshik but it was hard after you yelled at me. +
But I wanted to let you know that I am still in love with you and if that doesn’t prove it, then I’ll gladly jump off a bridge screaming it out loud for the world to see.”
I glanced over at him, as a grin crept across his face. “You can’t swim,” I muttered, rolling my eyes at him. “I know,” he replied. After he said that, I punched him hard in the chest. He groaned rubbing his chest instantly.
“Ow! What was that for?” he asked. “For being a stupid prick,” I snorted. “For all of the times you annoyed me and all of the times you did s3xual things with Wooshik. +
For letting your mother get in between us and for telling me that you love me. I hate your mother. I hate Wooshik and I hate you…sometimes.”
“Sometimes,” Taehyung asked raising an eyebrow. “Hmm…Now, we’re getting somewhere. So, how do you feel about me when you don’t hate me?” “When I don’t hate you, I tolerate you,” I retorted casually.
“Ok, I guess I can live with that,” Taehyung shrugged shoving me lightly in the shoulder. “So, my insurance check for my house should be coming in soon – so I can still stay at your place right?” “I guess,” I replied. “But as soon as you find a place – “
“I’m out I know,” Taehyung nodded. “But until then, can I ask you something?” “What?” I replied. “Will you go on a date with me?” Taehyung asked his eyes fixating on mine for a brief second.
Well that had caught me extremely off guard. A date? S/hit. “A date?” I repeated like I didn’t know what the word meant. That made me remember our burger date, our escape room date. Well my golden days until I fell in love with this petty Kim.
“Yeah a date—just the two of us—dinner, dancing? You know a romantic evening together,” Taehyung said. I blinked a few times, processing this in my head. A date with my ex-husband. That was extraordinarily new.
I could only imagine the things that could go wrong. Why is that? Oh yeah I know – because we did this all before. “So…Don’t leave me hanging,” Taehyung chuckled awkwardly. “Yes or no?” “Umm…??? Yeah I guess,” I replied.
One date? I mean it’s just one date. How bad could it be? 💮💮💮
Things were back to normal at my house after our mini vacation. Taehyung and Haneul were still living with us until Taehyung’s insurance check came through – then he could start looking for a new place.
Haneul was no longer suspended from school, so she went back. She was actually doing well – I hadn’t received a single disciplinary call from her school in at least a week.
That had to be a world record. I begrudgingly went back to work. Other than that, everything was peachy.
“Jungkook,” Taehyung said walking straight through the front door. “First off, you left the front door open. Secondly, is Jeonul or Haneul home?” “I realize that and no,” I replied as Taehyung locked the door behind him.
“Good because I’m horny,” Taehyung said grabbing my a/ss. I jumped instantly from his touch. “Stop that,” I growled. “I told you I’m not sleeping with you ever again, remember?”
“Yeah, but I thought we moved past that,” Taehyung asked. “I mean we’re going on a date.” “Yeah a date? I never said I was going to sleep with you,” I growled. “That’s not a date.”
“I see what you’re doing,” Taehyung nodded. “You’re playing hard to get.” “I’m not playing anything, you moron,” I huffed. “Get out of my face. And if you try that again, we won’t be going on any date.”
God, I had to treat Taehyung like a child. He’s just so stupid sometimes. I feel like he doesn’t understand me at all.
For him to think I would sleep with him, right after he fooled around with that Wooshik guy, he must have a screw loose. He definitely wasn’t thinking with his brain.
“Alright Jungkook,” Taehyung replied still trailing me like a lost puppy. “I’ll be good. So, how was work today?” Was he really trying to start small talk with me? He was asking about my day. Taehyung, living here, is so awkward.
“It was crappy like usual,” I snorted. “I’m sorry to hear that,” Taehyung replied. I couldn’t tell if he was being genuine or not. I didn’t like nice Taehyung at all.
I wanted the Taehyung that despised my guts – the one that I got into constant arguments with. I didn’t want this one. “Aren’t you going to ask me about my day?” Taehyung asked plopping down beside me.
“Fine – Taehyung, how was your day?” I asked feeling a tad bit annoyed. “It was wonderful,” he said. “Thanks for asking. So, since the kids aren’t here, and I told them not to come home for an hour or two, how about you and I go on that date?”
Date? So soon? I thought I would have at least a few days to mentally prepare myself for this. Now I only had a mere hour.
Plus, he told our kids they couldn’t come home for an hour? What kind of father does that? I wonder what he told them we were doing or even how he convinced them. “Date? Right now?” I clarified.
“Yes, Jungkook. I want us to go out right now on this day,” Taehyung retorted in a rather sarcastic manner. “Get dressed.” “Are you paying?” I said my eyes on his.
“Um – Yeah I guess so,” he shrugged. I smiled at him, walking upstairs to my room to get ready. If he was paying, I was going. I was literally broke from our mini vacation.
Taehyung didn’t chip in for anything. I paid for gas, bought the groceries, gave the kids money sometimes – I don’t have a good high paying job like he does.
Plus he asked me out – therefore he pays. That’s just common courtesy. And what did he even mean by get dressed? I was dressed. I had clothes on.
What kind of clothes did he want me to wear? Were we supposed to dress nice? What kind of place where we going to? “Taehyung,” I shouted from my room. “How should I dress?”
“Casual,” he called back. “Ok!” I shouted back, slamming my room door shut afterwards. I pulled a white undershirt over a pastel green cardigan and a pair of khaki’s quickly, running my fingers through my unruly black hair.
I rushed to the bathroom, dapping water in my hair, to slick it back into somewhat of a style. I walked downstairs to where Taehyung was waiting for me. He whistled at me, nodding in approval.
“That was fast,” he grinned eyeing me down. “It doesn’t take you long at all to look handsome.” I rolled my eyes, as Taehyung held the door open for me, as we walked out to his car.
This was all too good to be true; Taehyung and I going on a date, he even had the nerve to open the car door for me. His eyes glancing at me, as he drove us.
“Where are we going?” I asked curiously. “I’m taking you to dinner,” he said simply. “Where to? Honolulu? We’ve literally been driving for an hour now,” I huffed, glancing at the open road.
“You’ll see when we get there,” he retorted. I sat quietly in the car until things began to look remotely familiar to me. By the time, I had recognized where we were it was too late.
I shoved Taehyung angrily, as he pulled into the driveway. No wonder we had been driving for so long. No wonder he hadn’t said where we were going.
He had driven me to the second worst place in the world – besides his mother house. 💮✳️🔥‼️🔥✳️💮
A/N : Where they are going?
He had driven me to the second worst place in the world – besides his mother house. We were at my mother’s house.
“Taehyung!” I growled. “What the fcuk are we doing here? I’m staying in the car. I’m not getting out.” “Don’t be a baby, Jungkook,” Taehyung snorted unbuckling his seat belt.
“You lied! You said you and I would be going on a date,” I growled. “Well change of plans – you’re mother called me earlier this morning and I knew you wouldn’t go if I had told you the truth,” Taehyung replied.
I bit my lip, as I hit Taehyung multiple times out of sheer anger. Taehyung took my hits though, grabbing my arms, as the front door to my mother’s house opened. I ducked down hiding in my seats, as I heard her voice.
“You’re being extremely childish right now,” Taehyung groaned. “Don’t tell me about being childish! You b@stard!” I huffed. “I can’t believe you brought me here.” “Your mother asked me too,” he replied. “Take it up with her.”
I groaned as Taehyung opened the car door, greeting my mother. I stayed firmly in place, crouched over the passenger seat – hoping my mother doesn’t notice me.
But, of course, Taehyung moved to the passenger door, opening it wide and pulling out by my arms. I wanted to fight him but I couldn’t – not in front of my mother.
“Jungkook, be nice to your mother,” Taehyung whispered in my ear. “Why? I’m not her favorite,” I chuckled. “She likes you more than she likes me.”
I remember her scolding me to d3ath when we filed divorce. I ultimately had to move faaaaaaaar away from her so that she wont be on my back 24*7.
“That’s because I’m not sarcastic,” he said locking his car door, so I knew I was stuck here. My mother grinned at me, as Taehyung and I walked to the front door of my childhood home.
She hugged Taehyung tightly, gripping him in her arms. “Nice to see you, Taetae,” she said kissing him on the cheek. “Jungkook.” “Mother,” I said walking past her without as much as a smile.
My mother and I have an estranged relationship. The happiest day of her life was when I married Taehyung and the day Haneul and Jeonul were born.
I bit my lip, as I sat on the couch beside Taehyung. “Dinner is almost ready,” my mother said. “You guys arrived earlier than I expected.” “Jungkook gets dressed surprisingly fast,” Taehyung chuckled.
“Can I get you gentleman anything to drink?” she asked. “No thank you,” Taehyung replied. “I’m fine,” I mumbled as my mother disappeared into the kitchen.
I moved further away from Taehyung as he attempted to sit closer to me. I didn’t want my mother getting the wrong idea about Taehyung and I. He and I weren’t back together.
I may have agreed to go on one date but that was before he tricked me into coming here. That date just might not happen now that he deceived me.
“You’re mad?” Taehyung asked. “I know you are. Don’t worry, I’ll reschedule our date for another time.” “Go screw yourself,” I mumbled.
“That’s the Jungkook I love,” Taehyung chuckled sarcastically. “It’s like we’re already back together. Remember the first time, you introduced me to your mother?” And I can never forget him calling me faggot.
“No,” I muttered. Of course, I did remember, but that didn’t mean I wanted to reminisce about it. I glared at Taehyung as he closed his mouth.
Finally he was taking the hint. My mother and I had never gotten along. We fought about everything and anything – from chewing gum to colleges and even, my s3xuality.
I was her trouble child. I never listened to her and I gave her the most hassle. Hell, she was in labor with me for close to a day before I was born.
That was the longest she had ever been in labor out of my two brothers and one sister. So, I was basically stubborn since childbirth.
I made it my priority not to see her if I didn’t have to. “How did my mother convince you to bring me here?” I asked curiously. “You’re mother said she hasn’t seen you in months,” Taehyung replied. “I was just trying to be nice."
“So – she gives you a call? My ex-husband.” I huffed. “She called the right person,” Taehyung snorted. “I got you here, didn’t I?” Before I could say anything else, my mother returned to the living room.
A smile on her face, as she glanced at the two of us – I could tell what she was thinking. She was probably saying to herself finally Taehyung and Jungkook are back together. They were made for each other.
I couldn’t wait to burst her bubble. “Dinner is ready,” she smiled as Taehyung and I stood up. “Don’t forget to wash your hands.” After washing our hands, Taehyung and I sat down at the table.
My mother had prepared dinner for us. I tapped my fingers awkwardly against the table, as we passed around the food. My mother and Taehyung engaged in small conversation about work and Haneul and Jeonul.
“Jungkook,” my mother began. “How have you been? Busy, I assume, since you haven’t seen me in a while.” “That’s right,” I replied. “I’ve busy working and providing for my son, as I am a single parent.”
Taehyung cleared his throat as my mother stopped chewing her food. “Not anymore,” Taehyung chimed in. “I plan to fully support Jeonul and Haneul as soon as I am back on my feet. Jungkook was so kind to let Haneul and I stay with him after my home caught fire.”
“Oh no,” my mother said. “Your home burned down?” “Yeah but we’re all fine,” he replied. “That’s kind of you, Jungkook, to put your differences aside to let Taehyung stay with you,” my mother complimented me.
“Where else would he go?” I muttered underneath my breath, taking a sip from my wine. I would need more than just a sip of wine to get through this dinner. “Yeah, Jungkook and I, actually are working on our relationship,” Taehyung explained.
“You’re getting back together?” my mother exclaimed. “Well that’s wonderful news!” I downed my glass of wine after Taehyung said that, quickly pouring myself another.
For the rest of the evening, my mother went on about how happy she was that Taehyung and I were giving it another shot. I wanted to shoot myself at the sound of it all. She was talking so much I couldn’t get a word in, to disagree.
So, instead, I drank wine. It was like I was playing a drinking game alone. Every time she said relationship, happy or kids or Jungkook or Taehyung, I’d drink.
By the time, Taehyung and I left, I was tipsy. “Bye Mrs. Jeon! Nice seeing you again,” Taehyung grinned. “Bye mother,” I chuckled as Taehyung grabbed my hand leading me out to his car.
He shook his head at me, as he shoved me into the passenger seat, strapping my seat belt on. “Taehyung! Taehyung! Taehyung! Taehyung,” I exclaimed. “Are we finally going home? Thank god. Thank you. Thank Buddha. Thank Zeus. Hell, thank every god out there.”
“You’re drunk,” Taehyung sighed as he pulled out of my mother’s driveway and we headed back home. “How many glasses of wine did you have?” “Enough,” I laughed. “It was absolutely delightful. Thanks for bringing me home, babe.”
“Now I know you’re intoxicated! You never call me babe,” Taehyung said glancing over at me. I turned the radio up, tuning Taehyung out, as I sang along loudly to ‘Good life’ by Kehlani.
LISTEN TO THIS WHILE READING : - youtu.be/FG9M0aEpJGE
Taehyung laughed at me as I sang. I’m sure he didn’t know that I knew Kehlani. She was one of my guilty pleasures. I was so drunk I even started dancing -
Well, I don’t know if you’d consider it dancing but I was swaying in the car, thrashing my head from side to side like a maniac.
When I’m drunk, I get weird. When we got back to our house, Taehyung pulled me out of the car, leading me inside. “Are we home?” I asked glancing around. “Is this my home?”
“Yes Jungkook,” Taehyung said dragging me into the house. He closed the door behind me, letting me go for a brief second, and I immediately fell to the ground, laughing hysterically.
My kids appeared at the top of the steps at the sound of our voices. “Is he ok?” Jeonul asked. “Yeah,” Taehyung replied. “He’s drunk, isn’t he?” Haneul said shaking her head. “What did you do, dad?”
“Oh no! Your father did this all on his own,” Taehyung huffed trying to pick me up off of the floor. “You guys go do your homework.” “Shut! Shut the front door, Taehyung,” I chuckled as he carried me upstairs into my room.
“I already closed it,” Taehyung replied as he placed me on top of my bed. He closed the door behind him, pulling my shirt over my head and tossing it to the ground.
“Trying to get me naked? You naughty boy,” I grinned. “I can get naked by myself, thank you. You can leave now, unless you want to stay.” “I’m staying with you until you sober up,” he retorted sliding my pants down to my ankles, so I was left in my boxers. “Now go to bed.”
“I’m not tired! You’re not my father! I don’t have to listen to you,” I groaned sitting up. Taehyung pushed me back down, pulling my covers over me.
“You’re so difficult when you’re drunk,” Taehyung said in frustration. “Lie down.” “YoU aRe So DiFfIcUlT,” I mocked him. “LiE dOwN.”
“My god, Jungkook!” he growled. “If you don’t lie down right now I’ll—” “You’ll what?” I huffed. “Spank me? Huh? Taehyung! You’d like that huh? Spanking me?” Taehyung bit his lip, rolling his eyes at me.
“God, I wish sober Jungkook could hear drunk Jungkook sometimes,” he muttered. “Go to sleep.” “Only if you sleep with me,” I said patting the side next to me.
“I would but I know when you wake up tomorrow morning, you’ll just push me out " Taehyung laughed. I turned towards him, about to make a remark, when the urge to throw up surpassed all others.
Before Taehyung could move, I puked all over him. Taehyung groaned instantly jumping off of my bed. I guess even when I was drunk, I was still very much vindictive.
Oops, my bad. 💮💮💮
I woke up the very next morning, after visiting my mother, on the floor in my boxers. I don’t know how I got on the floor, but I was. My neck was stiff and my legs were numb.
After adjusting to the world of living, I stretched my back out, glancing at my bed to see Taehyung snoring away underneath my covers. I must have been intoxicated if I let Taehyung sleep in my bed last night.
I shoved him angrily, waking him up out of his sleep. The b@stard had taken advantage of my inebriation. “Taehyung! Get up,” I growled pushing his shoulder. He let out a deep moan as his eyes flickered open.
“Good morning to you too,” he replied groggily, rubbing his eyes. “How did you sleep?” “Not well! I woke up on the floor,” I snorted. “I hope you were comfortable.” “Oh I slept well,” he chuckled, stretching his arms out as he rose out of bed.
I screamed as I saw he was completely nude. He not only had the nerve to sleep in my bed but he did completely naked. I was going to murder Taehyung.
I was going to suffocate him in his sleep. “You slept in my bed naked?” I said slowly processing this. This had to be a dream because it definitely wasn’t real life. “Yeah and you threw up on me,” Taehyung retorted. “I guess we’re even.”
Having said that, he strolled into the bathroom, turning the shower on. I stood there in complete and utter shock. I couldn’t believe Taehyung had slept in my bed - nude.
The stupid prick! First, he cheats on me then he brings me to my mother’s house, and now he sleeps in my bed naked. He has got to go.
That insurance check was not coming fast enough. I was so glad that I had to go to work this morning. Going to work meant that I did not have to deal with Taehyung’s stupidity. So, I got dressed and stayed at my mundane job for as long as I possibly could.
When I came home, it was deathly silent. That was never good sign – not when you had guests in your home. I closed the door softly behind me, and walked upstairs to see that no one was home. That was weird.
I glanced at my watch in confusion; everyone should have gotten home at least an hour ago. A half an hour later, Taehyung, Haneul and Jeonul walked through the front door laughing and grinning like fools.
Hold on a minute – they had all been together? “Where have you guys been?” I asked curiously. “Dad took us out for pizza,” Haneul replied as she walked upstairs.
“Oh!” I nodded as Jeonul slapped Taehyung a high five. “You and I can talk about that later,” Taehyung winked. “Do your homework, you too!” What the hell?
Was I in the twilight zone? Since when did Taehyung become super dad? That was my title. I was the reigning champion. Who did he think he is coming in here and stealing the affection of my children?
Just a few weeks ago, he could care less about them. All he worried about was work. “You took them out for pizza?” I mumbled sitting on the couch.
“Yeah I would have brought you along but I really wanted to spend some time with Jeonul and Haneul without you,” Taehyung replied. “You know I want them to know that I’m here for them too.”
“Ok,” I shrugged. “I did bring you back some pizza though,” he said handing me a bag. “It’s your favorite, mushrooms and peppers.” Now, he was just being a sycophant.
“Thanks,” I replied placing the bag beside me. “Jungkook – you and I need to talk,” Taehyung started. “I want to talk about us.”
“Us? There is no us,” I retorted. “You ruined that prospect as soon as Wooshik came along.” “I never slept with that boy. I was just being civil with him. And if you forgot I broke up with him for you,” Taehyung huffed.
“For me? Oh please,” I snorted. “I don’t believe you, Taehyung. You’ll say anything. You’re a liar and I don’t trust you.”
“I lie,” he admitted. “I lied about a lot of things, Jungkook. But I never lied about my feelings for you. I care about you – you were my first and my only husband. You are the father of my children. You are the first man I ever really loved.”
“You watch too many soap operas,” I snorted. “If you think you’re going to win me back with those lies, then you are just as stupid as I thought.”
“Jungkook, I made a lot of mistakes,” Taehyung replied. “You don’t have to believe anything I say, but I’m not giving up on you. I will pursue you until you give in.” “What if I never do?” I asked playing devil’s advocate.
“Oh you will,” he replied with confidence. “I know you.” I rolled my eyes. I hated when he said that. He thinks just because we were together for almost two decades, he knows everything about me.
I lived with my mother for twenty years of my life and she still doesn’t really know me. “I think we should go to couple counselling,” Taehyung suggested. What did he just say? “Huh.”
“Couples counselling,” Taehyung replied. “You and I – Don’t worry I’ll pay for it. I was talking to one of my co-workers today and she told me that her and her husband really benefitted from it. She even gave me her therapist’s card.”
Taehyung was definitely out of his mind. I believe it now. He took our kids out to dinner and now he was suggesting couples counselling? He didn’t even want to try that when we were married or was it me? I don’t remember. I don’t do therapists.
They always turn one little action into something psychological as if you thought that far ahead about it. “Couple’s counselling? You believe in that bullshit,” I huffed. “I don’t want to do it.”
“Jungkook, please,” Taehyung asked. “I just want us to work through this. Can you just try one session? One session? That’s all I’m asking and if you do that, then I’ll do something for you.”
“Something like what?” I asked immediately interested by the offer. “Anything you want me to do,” he shrugged. “Ok, um – how about you go and jump off a bridge?” I snorted sarcastically.
Taehyung rolled his eyes at me, as I chuckled. He wasn’t amused at all which made it funnier. “Gguk, I was being serious,” Taehyung replied. “Could you be serious please? I’m pouring my heart out here.”
“Fine! Taehyung! Fine! I’ll do the damn couples counselling, ok? Happy?” I huffed. “Don’t do it for me, Jungkook,” he replied. “Do it for us.” He was already sipping on that therapy Kool-Aid. I rolled my eyes as I walked away from him.
I could not handle him right now. I can’t believe I had agreed to go to couple’s counselling.
Who would have ever guessed? 💮✳️🔥‼️🔥✳️💮
