Belarusian partisans took credit for blowing up 
Specifically, the nose-mounted electronics and the top-mounted antenna were reportedly targeted and destroyed with explosives. Extent of damage is reportedly beyond repair.
The Black Sea Fleet Flagship #Moskva cost an estimated $750 million. Following the sinking of the ship, destruction of the A-50U recon plane is the 2nd largest single loss for the Russian military, with a cost of upwards of $500 million.

The destroyed Moskva flagship was the ship that attacked the Snake Island at the very beginning of the war. This audio is between Moskva & Ukrainian Snake Island. Russian warship has received and followed instructions from Ukrainian soldiers after all.
UPDATE: The half-billion-dollar Russian A-50U AWACS plane was attacked using drones. The team that executed the attack has already left Belarus. Russia only had 7 such planes. Now down to 6.
