Just in case you're old and out of the loop like me, I looked it up and "opps" probably refers to opposition/opponent/competition.
So, a friend of mine who loves rap and is knowledgeable on the subject just told me that this term ("Opps") originated in Chicago with "Drill music" and was once a gang-related term that is moving into the mainstream (similar to how "no cap" did). I'm learning a LOT from Jimin.
