Did somebody already post about this? In the beginning of SMFPt2 the choir sings "glory/gloria". And in the whole MV the dancers=his shdows all reach upward or protect their eyes from above. He mostly looks down! They also push Jimin up and for a moment he tries to reach up too.+
But in the end he drops to the ground and is free. Maybe he realized that what he was reaching for was glory from man = vanity. And he frees himself from it, thus obtaining realy glory? "common symbols of glory include white robes". +
I'm not familiar with the concept of glory in religion so, I might understood something wrong. Feel free to develop the idea further 
Adding to that: The ceiling in the MV does look like a giant eye. Does Jimin feel like he is being watched by the God-like public? And in the end recognizes that the public is sh*t and he doesn't have to strive for their praise?
In Lie Jimin wanted to be saved. And if Jimin's white clothes mean "glorification" then he finally found salvation from his pain.
