Would you like to create a SaaS, but you don't know where to start? I collected all the products I use, so that you don't have to think about it. Let's get started ๐Ÿงต

Building a SaaS is a quite complex activity. My suggestion is to start very small (an MVP or a minimum lovable product). A big plus if you built an audience in advance, you'll get feedback faster! But let's jump on the tools you need ๐Ÿ‘‡
I love serverless because I can kickstart a project without thinking of the infra. I use @Vercel to host the website (backend included ๐Ÿคฉ) Create a GitHub repo, plug it into Vercel, and deploy it in 5 minutes ๐Ÿš€ (you don't even need a domain to start) vercel.com
Email is an old technology, but it's fundamental for the success of your business. I use @Intuit Mailchimp for two purposes: 1. Write monthly update issues about the product 2. Create an effective email sequence when a new user signs up (this is key) mailchimp.com
It's fundamental to know the stats of your product. The source of traffic, geography, and amount you're able to generate. Despite GA being very popular, it became quite annoying to use (and not GDPR compliant). Therefore I use @Pirsch Analytics ๐Ÿ‘Œ pirsch.io
I love to receive push events when the users interact with my product. And automatically generate charts out of them. My favorite product is @LogSnag Beautifully designed by the indie hacker @Shayan logsnag.com
What people things about your product is a key factor to convince new users that your service is valid, and solves a problem. Interview the early adopters, and ask for their support. @Famewall.io - Social Proof for businesses โšก makes collecting testimonials a breeze (by @Goutham Jay โšก) famewall.io
Finally, the most exciting part: you need to collect the payments from your customers. @Paddle allows you to create one-time purchases and subscription plans. They act as Merchant of Records, so you only need to take care of your taxes. paddle.com
I'm going to launch a new product soon, it will be my 3rd SaaS in 2 years, using this exact stack. If you want to know more about my journey, consider subscribing to my newsletter: Solopreneur on the Road to Freedom solopreneurtofreedom.com
