How to do it 
1. Install Meta Quest Remote Desktop on your PC / Mac to pair your computer to your Meta Quest headset, streaming what is on your computer screen. Log in.
2. Install Horizon Workrooms app on your Quest. Select βComputerβ from the desk menu. Hover over your computer and select βConnectβ.
