Hold up, where does Bultmann state that the Paraclete is a human prophet? I read the relevant part of Bultmann's commentary and was not able to find that. Instead he links the Paraclete to the proto-Mandean gnostic descriptions of a 'helper', which is not a mere human prophet.
In fact, this is precisely how Burge (a scholar that Rashid et al cited) describes Bultmann's view. So it appears that they haven't even read Burge's book either, even though they cite it... (The Anointed Community, pp. 10-11)
