According to the Swedish Cartographer Philip Johan von Strahlenberg, captured by Russian during the Great Northern War and exiled to Siberia, at the source of the Ob river there was an ancient idol of a golden women Maps dating to the 16th century show this golden women idol in Siberia (often named "zolotaia bab")
