INSANE. Bill #H4750 in MA would remove the word “father” on birth certificates in the name of “legal parentage equality.” The new law would replace the terms “man” & “woman” with “persons” and replace “mother” with “person who gave birth.” The bill already passed the House and is being weighed by the Senate.
