Crazy that France arresting the CEO of Telegram is a terrible attack on free speech and the app isn't safe anymore but Russia forcing Telegram to hand over their user data in 2021 was absolutely fine. Anyone who thinks Telegram is secure has been deluding themselves.
(There are other messengers in Ukraine like whatsup and Viber)
