1/2 Russia is relocating planes out of ATACMS range. I reviewed satellite images of airfields from 2023 and 2024, and there's a huge difference. For example, Millerovo airbase as seen on @Planet 2023 and 2024 images, though reaching conclusions requires analyzing many more photos

3/3 Important to note: for air-to-surface missiles like StormShadow/Scalp EG, the 'real range' is 35-50 km shorter than 300km, as it’s unsafe for Ukraine to operate its aircraft near the front line.
