While we are looking at this beautiful NEAR CLI, I want you to learn about two things:
1. Try `near --teach-me` with your regular commands to learn what actually happens under the hood of your favorite commands.
2. Try `near --offline` and get unsigned or signed transaction and then print or send it with a new CLI command `near transaction print-transaction`. Also, explore other `near transaction` subcommands
