I seem to have missed that Densha de Go 3 was dumped last year. Might have to do some tinkering with the driver now :)
Hello, I'm looking forward to the progress of the Type-Zero emulator.
The following two were added in mame0.173 in the past:
raizin ping pong ver 2.01j.chd (Shoutime) [CRC32: 29BD7716]
POWER SHOVEL VER.2.07J.chd (Shoutime) [CRC32: 6199E7D2]
Both HDDimgs are damaged...
I transplanted the HDD serial check part to the image and checked the boot on an actual Type-Zero board,
but raizin ping pong ver 2.01j.chd did not boot.
I then compared the BIOS update file "SYSROM" on the HDD with other v1.52 games,
and found that they did not match perfectly.
(SYSROM comparisons between other v1.52 games show a perfect match)
POWER SHOVEL VER.2.07J.chd will start, but
the background of the high score screen will not be displayed.
The previously dumped pwrshovl.chd displays correctly.
