#NCPOLShe spent over a decade engaging in lawfare against Republicans and pushing radical left-wing narratives in the media. Her protege? Also a current NC Supreme Court Justice, Allison Riggs.
#NCPOLHow did she win? Democrats engaged in a dirty trick to enlist a lawyer named Chris Anglin to run as a Republican in the race against the incumbent to split the votes. Earls didn't even win 50% - but was elected.
#NCPOLEarls immediately went to work on the Court, infusing decisions with her radical leftist ideas.

#NCPOLEarls caught the attention of the judicial system's Judicial Standards Commission for her conduct in pushing social justice narrative and commenting on cases she would hear.

#NCPOLNow, her work on the Racial Justice Task Force is coming under scrutiny because of how it's made North Carolina LESS SAFE.
#NCPOL Earls will be on the North Carolina ballot in 2026 and voters will have a choice to make: elect a conservative constitutional candidate or give Earls another 8 years injecting social justice into every decision the Supreme Court makes.
