Ukraine obliterates Russian key targets sparking chaos in Russia.

Another blow to gasoline supplies: in the Smolensk region, a truck derailed 18 fuel tanks. Eighteen gasoline cars derailed, followed by a massive fire. Train and road traffic were suspended. 2/19

In the Pskov region, near the Plyussa station, the explosion rocked the railroad tracks. Regional Governor Mikhail Vedernikov stated that there were no casualties and no trains were derailed. 3/19

Investigators are considering the possibility of sabotage. During interrogation, members of the locomotive crew reported that the truck deliberately entered the crossing with a traffic light right in front of the train. 4/19

Some daredevils, in order to fill up full tanks and several jerry cans, leave the occupied Luhansk region for Russian territory and look for gas stations where they can refuel. However, on the way back they face a lottery in the form of customs officers. 7/19

One in fifty gas stations in Russia stops selling fuel — even Moscow feels pinch "The ban on gasoline and diesel fuel exports to Russia will be extended until the end of the year." — Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced this on September 25, Kommersant reports 8/19

The number of closed gas stations in Russia is already in the hundreds. Residents of the Rostov region and other regions have complained of fuel shortages and closed gas stations—AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline have become unavailable even in large cities. 9/19

Russian bloggers write that the gasoline shortage situation in Russia is "artificially created," just like the bread shortage back in 1917. After all, in a gas station country, a gasoline shortage simply cannot exist, they write. 11/19

"Good" drones attacked the Afipsky Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar region again. Local residents posted vivid images from the oil refinery site online. Russia blames drone “debris” again as Afipsky oil refinery erupts in fire overnight. 16/19

The Afipsky Oil Refinery is part of the Safmar Group and as of 2022, the refinery had processed over 7 million tons of oil. The plant processes petroleum products that arrive from the Volga-Ural and West Siberian fields via the Krymsk-Afipsky Oil Refinery pipeline. 17/19

The OSINT channel Dnipro Osint, after analyzing the published videos of the attack's aftermath, noted that the oil refinery was hit, one of the units is on fire, possibly the primary oil processing unit. 18/19

Russians now travel to Kazakhstan to fill up with their own country's gasoline, which is more than three times cheaper
